Pros (+) Hotel room had huge sq. footage - had a couch and table in addition to queen beds. It was also very quiet, had a good night sleep compared to other parts of downtown New Orleans. With the crazy prices for hotels in New Orleans you can say it was an fairly decent deal, but in other cities I'd say it's a bit overpriced for what you get.
Cons (-) The hotel staff was friendly and quickly efficient, service itself was fine, but they were very unprofessional looking - shirts were stained, untucked - and they were talking with each other about non-hotel business in front of customers. Even for a no-thrills hotel, I was surprised by the overall lack of presentation.
