Pros (+) It was cheap . I would never pay more than $175 for these rooms .
Cons (-) Bathroom could be cleaner . Very basic . Nowhere near As chic and boutiques as the pics show . Budget furnishings and horrible lighting in the room .

Pros (+) Hotel was located in Midtown Manhattan - a prime location, the staff were helpful and there was breakfast every morning.
Cons (-) The rooms were rather small - guess to be expected in NYC. Breakfast is only served until 9am and towards the end, cups were missing. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and yet, a cleaning person entered my room while I was out. I found that unacceptable.
