Pros. I was really impressed by the quaint and vintage elevator doors! It’s a great location and an even better price!
Cons. Be warned though the rooms are not spacious and the bathrooms are in a separate room but still pleaseantly close!

Cons. Bathrooms were in the halls and not the rooms, but that wasn't really a problem for me. The rooms do include sinks, so that helps.
Pros. Spent the evening here with friends and loved ones for the Thanksgiving Day parade. Lot's of great energy and a beautiful location with on the street parking right outside! It made a great day all the more special! Friendly staff and economic pricing!
Pros. It was a great price for the location, walking distance to Time Square, Central Park, and more! And very close to subway stations. The staff was very accommodating and flexible with our reservations. The room was a tight fit, but that is how everything is in New York.
Cons. Just not laid out perfectly for a tall person. Chairs in room, mirrors in room + bathroom, look very nice and are probably vintage, but that means they are suitable for bodies close to 100 years ago. The American high calorie diet continues to produce ever fatter & taller people, who don't fit well into things build long ago.
Cons. Place has no character, warmth. Staff is mute. No interaction. No hello how are you. Felt like walking into a grim institution.
