The location of this hotel was perfect. access to metros and walking distance from many tourist sites. Also, the staff was very friendly at all times which was really good.
The bathrooms in the hotel were a little bit dated. The tiles on the floor were cracking, the steam vent wasn't working and the sink took a long time to drain.
The room was upgraded and was so nice. Very convenient to the vamoose bus stop where we arrived in nyc.
Blow dryer did not work. Fire station right next to the hotel and it was noisy Saturday night!
The staff was friendly overall.
The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was covered in hair. The carpet was beat up, and there was no hairdryer.
they don't maintain the walls of the suite regularly and the bathroom is very small. there are no views
This hotel was filthy. The first room they put is in was the size of a she box. It also has duct tape on the windows The second room was disgusting. Their were chips on the side of the bed, q-Tips and shampoo bottle on the side of the sink . DIRTY!!
