Pros. I checked in early through Kayak's e-mail and was surprised that not only was our room ready early, but they had a pack-n' play crib set up for my little one complete with baby soap, lotion, bath toy, night light and even an outlet protector! It was a nice touch and showed that they were on top of our reservation. They put us on the top floor in a large wheel-chair accessible suite, definitely the most space I've ever had in a new York city hotel for this price!
Cons. no breakfast included, but they do have a breakfast cafƩ open downstairs in the morning. It is centrally located to other breakfast options.

Pros. Very friendly staff took care of all requests. Very helpful and provided lots of suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Gentleman taking care of valet was extremely helpful and polite. Will be back next time.
Cons. The street the hotel is on is a little dark and looming. Felt safe the whole time (police station across the street) but street is not as bright and shiny as the rest of downtown. Hotel is bright and nice.
