The hotel is great for people that wants to explore NYC. We usually sleep for like 5-6 hours everyday. The housekeeing personal was lovely and great. Check in was much early that expected!
Everything was good but the bunk beds were a little bit too tiny. Also they don't have "Do not disturb" signs. They couldn't made my special request. I only asked for balloons in the room because it was my first anniversary with my partner. Everything else was great.
Pod is a economical, small but clean little hotel in an awesome location. Highly recommend it
Great location, super clean (like everyday cleaning), and very friendly staff.
Bathroom is pretty close to the bed (akward for having a bowel movement).
This hotel is 'moderately' priced, which means it still costs a lot. And rooms are VERY small. Not advised if you spend much time in your room. Works fine if you sleep there, and helps if you're on the lean side. Excellent location.
Rooftop deck Showers Location
Location was awesome and so was pop-culture theme
I wanted a robe as the washroom was down the hall. Rental would have been OK. They couldn't provide one.
Relatively inexpensive compared to other NYC hotels. Very clean. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurant and bar options. Bed was comfy except there was no headboard due to the configuration of the room. Great rooftop lounge area and nice little snack area in lobby.
It is a very cramped (altho efficiently organized) space especially if there is more than one person in the room. I wouldn't stay there more than one or two nites.
i like the bedroom cause its very unique, small but clean and modern.
The staff of the Hotel was kind of bored, and also I had a bad sleep because of a fire alarm that happened at 5:30am and was not even a big deal, so I lost my business meeting for that day and had to move my flight back to my country for two other days because we moved the meeting for the next day and that same I tried to get a room at the Hotel and I couldnt get it!
The location and neighbourhood is amazing. Close to subways, supermarket, restaurants, and walking distance to time square. Rooftop Patio is wonderful. Staff are all amazing. Safe to walk to and from. I'm a repeat visitor and will continue to be.
I liked how clean it was. The room was a tad small but I wonder if that's just because it's in the city.
The bathroom reminded me of an airplane bathroom.
The concept. The location. Try POD 39, thought I stayed in a bigger room with private bathroom. That was great. Forget which location that was; believe it was 39.
Communal bathroom/shower. Very cramped space. The suite or 39 location had a better setup.
It was clean and quiet. Staff was nice and friendly. Stay was well worth the price!
Small but exceptable
Location all staff and all decor
Bed was to hard
Loved the bunk beds and what you did with such a small space. Perfect for close friends since it is very small. Would definitely come back.
Open style bathroom was a bit much (no door and open shower). I actually liked it, but I was staying with a close friend so we didn't mind.
Loved the pod bunk beds, very comfy with individual tvs. The shared bathrooms are surprisingly clean and easy to find an available bathroom with the lights system in the room. All you need is in your pod. Good breakfast available as well.
It was really clean
The rooms and bathrooms are way too small
We are architects. Fun to see innovative design in lodging...cross between Airstream camping/tiny house concept. Great staff and services. Enjoyed the super location and lodging adventure.
Wish the TV had been a tad higher quality with a swivel arm.
That it was clean
Window did not close was freezing all night bed was not comfy. Restroom was to small to use horrible
Clean, comfortable and stylish place to sleep - not a place to hang out as rooms Are very small. Bed is very nice - great sleep.
Liked my stay.
It felt a little like a college dorm, which was pretty cool!
Could've sworn I was bitten by something as I slept.
No frills room had all the basics in a condensed space.
Bathroom was down the hall. I felt like college again...not ideal fir a business trip.
