Pros (+) The best thing about the Redbury hands down is the customer service! My family and I stayed a week and everyone we encountered was amazing! From the front desk to housekeeping, our service at Marta and especially Laurel at Cafe Marchio, the staff is absolutely outstanding! Location is great being very close to the subway (and my daughters school). I will definitely be back!
Cons (-) I know it's New York but the bathroom could really use a shelf or two for storage.

We were then changed to room 444 which is slightly smaller but has good odour , unfortunately the aircon was super noisy and disturbed us on the first night . we then worked out a way to improve this noise so much better. Pros (+) The room with one twin bed. It was the perfect, cozy size for one person, and much more affordable than other types of rooms at this hotel.

Cons (-) I did not realize my single room would consist of a twin bed in a 6 by 10 room. It was half the room pictured. There was no closet, just some small drawers tucked behind the bed. They do an admiralable job with space efficiency but you should know going in how small the space is.
Pros (+) Staff was very polite and courteous. The housekeeper who cleaned my room was very thorough and kind. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!
