5.7 Okay
Pros: I liked the furniture of the dining area for breakfast. Comfortable and it wasn't crowded.
Cons: Password for wifi changed the second day and you needed to go to the front desk to get it. It would have been more convenient to just keep it the same and change it on a weekly basis. Toilets weren't cleaned after the first night. Front desk staff not present both days we entered hotel and so we had to wait for them. We arrived at midnight both nights so maybe they have other responsibilities to tend to at that late hour since most guests are already checked in. The exercise room was quite warm because it is connected to the laundry room. There was some water issue the second night as they needed floor fans to dry the floor. Decor of room seems outdated. Even the apple clock did not have a lightning connector but the old connector that most people no longer use.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: He lights in the bathroom were a bit dim.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: I liked easy parking, free drink at Stage House Tavern (with room key), convenient location to my client meeting, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed.
Cons: There was some noise of person above me. I could here them every time they walked. I thought maybe it was just my room or that person. But then heard same feedback from a colleage that was starying with me on floor above. Hot water took a long time to get going from the bathroom sink. When it finally came was just slightly warm. Ended up shaving with cold/room temp water. Also, the iron had the tempurature setting worn off so I had to guess the setting and hopefully not burn my pants. They fitness center is tiny, just a few machines and some barbells, but was adequate for me.

Cons: Nothing stands out
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The carpets all looked brand new, luxurious comforter, nice sized room, extremely friendly and helpful staff and wonderful complimentary breakfast. I couldn't figure out how to get the heat to turn on and someone came right up to my room and helped me. Beautiful lobby. Way more than I expected for an express hotel.

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and meeting rooms. 6.2 Good
Pros: The room and facility were extremely clean. The grounds behind the inn were very attractive.
Cons: The furnishings were spartan. The corridors were narrow. There was no complementary coffee in the lobby.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: My first impression of the hotel was that it looked like a college dorm. The rooms are very Industrial and dorm like. I'm not saying that that is a bad thing. But it's just the way that it looks. The beds were comfortable no problems with that. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room clean. The view from outside of my window I could see groundhogs and rabbits. I was kind of nice. I was there to go to the hospital and is able to take the University bus to get to where I needed to go most days. There's nothing to eat that's within walking distance, that I felt safe to walk to.
Cons: The selection that they had and their little store was pretty sad. Being that is dormitory style, you could hear some conversations going on next door. And frequently hearing doors slam

7.1 Good
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel is well-laid-out and beautiful.
Cons: Breakfast was fresh and tasty, but overpriced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and quiet
Cons: Price of valet parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was overwhelmed when I pulled up and stepped into the lobby, my first words to the registration desk were "well I'm out of my league". Everything was perfect. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was extremely clean and very modern. The view from my room was nice, looking down at the the state theatre, or out at the rest of New Brunswick. And I lucked in to a "special price". So it was very affordable. I have not compared it to regular rates yet, but I would think the room was worth significantly more. If I go anywhere in the vicinity I will be staying here again.
Cons: These didn't bother me personally, but just to make others aware. The heldrich is in the middle of the city, so you either have to luck into free street parking or utilize the parking garage directly behind the building. Parking cost about $20 per night, or $25 for valet parking. There was not a refrigerator or microwave in my room, maybe it was just the room I chose. But again none of these bothered me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room
6.2 Good
Pros: Great location right in downtown New Brunswick. Good price/rate via kayak
Cons: Musty/dusty room wreaked havoc on my allergies. Shower handle was broken and had to be replaced. No free wifi.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Incredible value Rooms are clean Well appointed rooms from bedding to technology
Cons: They charge 8.95 for internet access. Just raise your room rates by $9 and include it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a fabulous hotel with attentive staff and impeccable accommodations

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to
6.5 Good
Pros: Staff was nice and responsive.
Cons: The hotel needs renovation - it was pretty worn looking. Also, the tavern was closed, which was not noted on the website (my husband was unable to watch a game he planned to see because it wasn't on in the room and the tavern was closed. Finally, as a conference hotel, it would have been nice to have been given a room with fewer conference guests. We stayed on a floor that was occupied by a very large group attending a conference. There was a great deal of noise and socializing in the hallways.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome hotel. Housekeeping did a great job. Everything was super clean. Front desk - so so. Beds are really comfortable. Would definitely go back if they cheer up the front desk a bit. A cookie just doesn't cut it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: food was good location was clean employee's were very nice and helpful
Cons: I was double charged the day i arrived i asked if my debit card was going to be just for incidentals, I was told yes. however, due to some sort of issue my card was charged again for my stay causing the entire trip to be more grief stricken than enjoyable. food was expensive, ate from the kids meal and it was more than enough food

6.0 Good
Pros: The free breakfast was very complete with many options to choose from
Cons: I reserved a king bed, but when I got to hotel, was given 2 regular size beds and the end of the hall. It was apparent that the hotel was not full, so the only reason I can find is that I booked with a discounted service, therefore I did not get the room I requested.
7.7 Good
Pros: Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The continental breakfast left much to be desired but free is free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot
Cons: The hotel is completely smoke-free so there was no surprise stinky room. We arrived very late and the overnight staff is friendly and helpful. They had free breakfast when we were there although I did not see that listed on the website. This hotel is approximately 7 1/2 miles from rutgers University.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, friendly & helpful staff, nice continental breakfast. Great value for $$
8.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast
Cons: We arrived at 3:40am & the ac was broken in our room & they had no other room to put us in until the morning
4.5 Okay
Pros: Hotel itself was fine
Cons: I booked a room with a king bed through kayak, I received a room with two twin beds. I immediately addressed my problem with the front desk and was told since I booked it through a third party I would have to contact them. I was further told they were sold out and there was probably nothing that could be done anyway. I was tired and did not have time to address it with kayak so I let it be. I will book in the future directly with the hotels.
7.7 Good
Cons: The night manager criticized the day manager unnecessarily even though he was able to fix the issue. No customer should need to be informed of personal discontent over the prior managers mistake. Simply apologize on behalf of the company, fix the issue and move on. It was unprofessional to slight a fellow coworker to a customer. That kind of thing should be taken care of in a private meeting with the coworker, to teach him what he could have done better.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: They were able to change the date to Saturday after I made the mistake of reserving it for Sunday, the staff was very professional and nice.
Cons: The room smelled like someone left the window open when it rained so it had a wet carpet smell

When I asked about the price difference he acted confused and said the queen was higher, then looked at my statement on my phone and his screen and shrugs and says "you got the better price". Fire alarm went off at 2am, continued to go off for almost an hour and when I went to the front desk to get a quick explanation I was totally ignored and the front desk employee acted like I wasn't there, totally ignored.

Pros: The only thing nice about this hotel was the pool. Large and heated.
Cons: We reserved a 2 room suite. The hotel did not have this to offer. We were given a single room with two beds at the same price. Room did not have a mini fridge, there was a spot for one. Lights were missing bulbs. Shower felt like you were going to fall through to the floor below. Continental breakfast was only cereal.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Personnel was decent
Cons: Walls are so thin, baby crying for hours, kid running in room with parent coaching the kid on for hours. Urine on floor next to toilet and black hair in the bathtub. I felt it was a dirty room. I will not be back.

Pros: When I checked into the hotel I gave the front desk my debit card to keep on file for incidentals. I pre-paid for the hotel a month in advance of my trip so I should not have charged at all. Not only was my card wrongfully charged, it was charged 5 times! Resulting in over $1000 in charges and overdrew my checking account. This would have all been okay had the hotel taken responsibility, apologized, or offered to help me fix it. Instead they were very defensive, immediately said that they did nothing wrong and claimed that it must have been a problem with my bank. However, I just so happened to overhear another customer talking on the phone about the same thing happening to her. I asked to her to go to the front desk with me to confront them. Obviously we had two different banks so our bank was not the problem. The man at the front desk was very rude. He kept telling me not to worry about it and it wasn't a problem. My money was gone! of course it was a problem. Also, he still insisted that it wasn't their system causing the problem. He said "2 customers of 400 had this problem so its not likely it is our system". It wasn't until I checked out that someone finally admitted that they messed up. They then decided to tell me that they have a new system and are still getting used to it. Had they just told me this from the beginning I would have understood and been less upset. The problem is fixed now but the fact that they were so rude will stick with me forever. I will never choose to stay at a Hilton again.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: There wasn't much not to like about this place. It had a wonderful atmosphere, luxurious comfort and state of the art facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The one thing I didn't like was that parking wasn't included.
4.5 Okay
Cons: The unprofessionalism of staff.
6.5 Good
Pros: Good Central NJ location at the junction of Route 18 and NJ Turnpike. 10 Minutes from Rutgers University in good traffic. Solid for business travel. Clean rooms.
Cons: No frills here. Hotel rooms need serious update and makeover. Old furniture with chips in them. Lamps with electrical shorts. No mini-bar; no bottled water in the room.
