Pros: Hotel was conveniently located near all the local eateries & shops.
Cons: The locks located behind the hotel were filthy. A lot of trash floating in the water. I know it is not their fault, it just took away from the experience.
Pros: The location. It overlooks the river. The restaurant is also nice but a little pricey.
Cons: The tv kept losing its signal, plus there was no TV guide channel to know what was on. The hotel WiFi kept disconnecting. The vending machine wasn't working and there was no ice in the ice machine.
Pros: Clean and staff friendly, breakfast offered better than expected.
Pros: Great location, and nice views of the water.
Pros: Location on the river and the in room shower were both awesome
Cons: Floor was a little noisy late into the first night we were there
Pros: location and friendliness of staff
Pros: Clean rooms and convenient location
Pros: It had a bar restaurant
Pros: Good stay
Pros: Nice view of the river, clean, good breakfast.
Pros: Very clean. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was perfect and very, very quiet.
Cons: The weather was terrible¿.nothing you could possibly control. :)
Pros: View, cleanliness
Cons: I think there was a barking dog next door in the early evening.
Pros: Beautifully appointed. Clean and classy. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Cons: Had to carry luggage upstairs. No iron in room, but they ask you upon arrival and take you to your room (and will bring it if you ask).
Pros: Loved the decor; the fluffy and abundant towels; the cleanliness of my room and hotel; the coffee and muffins in the morning. The staff was lovely.
Cons: My room faced the street, which was noisy with traffic and students into early hours of morning; room did not have a guide to TV channels; reminders for quiet and not using towels to wipe up spills seemed as if hotel catered to college crowd.
The Eis House is a great choice for a stay in Mexico. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out The Eis House, which serves fusion cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. A bar/lounge and a garden are other highlights, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Cons: I had a glitch in my computer when I made my reservation so I called to confirm. The lady said "if you reserved online, you don't call me" and hung up. When I got there, there was a no smoking sign but the entire place reaked of cigarette smoke. It was dusty and dingy. The room door would not open or close without kicking it. The bed was so sunken in that you could see a crescent shape to it as soon as you walked in the room. I could have spent $50 on an air mattress for the floor and would have been more comfortable than in that room. The carpets were so dirty and stained that I was afraid to take my shoes off. The bathroom light was too dim to see enough to take a shower, which didn't matter because they gave you one small shampoo/conditioner combo bottle to share. One of the toilet paper rolls were empty and the cardboard was still on the holder. And there was supposedly free breakfast but no one told us this upon check in. I have lived in the area my whole life and Riverside Inn used to be a great place. Whoever took it over to turn it into a Red Roof really destroyed any sense of class that place had left. Such a shame.
Pros: the bar service and personnel, the continental breakfast, the morning cook, the roadway access, outside grounds had horseshoe pits plenty of tables and chairs and a pretty good view of the river
Cons: pool had algae, beds were hard as rocks with small compacted pillows [2 on each for 4 ppl], pool tables were taken over Saturday night with a tournament so no guest could use them, ice machine 2nd floor not usable, bathroom towels only 2 of each kind for 4 ppl on arrival had to go down and request more, lamp by beds had to be unplugged in order to be turned off, WiFi was sporadic when it did work and nvr exceeded 50% on any channel, air conditioner worked but was taped and pieced together fascia, nvr saw a spa, no hair dryer or microwave, CRT small TV on a huge 2 door armoire, grout between bathroom mirror and sink was dirty and nasty and nvr looked like it was cleaned, the hedges around pool were trimmed and clippings left there on sidewalk to pool
Pros: The staff was very helpful (we had a late check-in and spoke with the desk the next day), and the room was comfortable. The price was appropriate and it wasn't too far from Oswego.
Cons: The door was crooked in the frame so we couldn't bolt it closed. Half of the lights via switches did not work. When the staff cleaned the room and bathroom, they left a previous guest's soap in the shower. After I requested our room not be cleaned (we were only staying one more night) I spoke to both the front desk and the ladies in our hallway with carts, but the room was still cleaned (there were no do not disturb signs). This wouldn't have bothered me so much, except they once again did not clean the old soap (or now my soap) from the bathroom shower. Most notably, they didn't empty our bag of trash from the closet area, but they did throw out a zipper from my backpack which had fallen off, so I had to buy a new backpack at Walmart to pack my things before traveling home. That was extremely annoying.
Pros: The location on the river is nice.
Cons: Blankets were dirty. Key system was broken. Side door unlocked and broken. Ice machine second floor broken. Price was high.
Enjoy the atmosphere of the Red Roof Inn Fulton and all that is has to offer! All guest rooms at this pet friendly hotel feature free WiFi, a flat screen TV, a microwave, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a desk, and in-room coffee. Select rooms offer a refrigerator. The hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool, free continental breakfast, a restaurant, a patio, a meeting room and a 100 foot boat dock. One well behaved family pet per room is welcome at no charge and children 17 and younger stay free when occupying the same room with an adult family member.
Pros: My room had some sort of substance on the floor and the night stand. My room didn't have any heat on and it took 4 hours for my room to heat up at 9:00 at night.
Cons: Beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean. The staff was very nice. Close to the college
Pros: The worst hotel in my life. Rooms stink like wet carpet. Everything is old and ugly
Cons: Despite booking a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room. We complained to the desk since my fiance has an allergy to smoke and would not be able to sleep there. The desk attendant was rude to my fiance and me, refused to give us either the room that we had reserved or our money back. He told us to leave the lobby or he would call the police on us. I spent the next hour on the phone with booking.com trying to get this figured out. The customer service at this hotel was horrendous, the attendants 6 yr old son was hanging out at the desk, being given access to god know how many credit card numbers. I will never be going back to this hotel and will tell anyone I know to avoid the place like the plague.
Cons: Some things showing their age. Broken bathroom window . and door wouldn't latch
Pros: Fair at best. Musty smelling. Broken door locks. It was a special weekend, whcih raised the price. However, it was more than double what it was worth.
Pros: Nothing. There's ample free ice for fisherman. There's a dunkin donuts in the parking lot and a ruby tuesdays next door
Cons: This hotel is terrible. I vowed to never stay here again, until I happened to see a price of $27 a night which I have never seen in 20 years of coming to oswego. I think I over paid!
