10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was beautiful. The room was super clean. Never have I ever been able to take a bath in a hotel with out being scared of other people's hairs or dirtiness. This hotel was spotless! The pool was nice and warm. The hot tub was the hottest hot tub I have ever been in. Breakfast smelled great but we had to leave before it was served. Nobody at the desk really talked to us, was just smoking cigarettes.
Cons: We drove from cape cod, which wasn't that far of a drive. But for some reason our map put us on a side road for 131 miles which took a extra 3 hrs going through 25mph speed zones and wouldn't put us back on the highway so we were sooooo tired. We got to the hotel which was beautiful but the beds.... the bed was soooo loud and creeky. Me being 120 pounds just sitting in it was like super loud crunchy noises the entire night. Waking my 6 month up and with my husband who couldnt sleep because of harbor fest and the bed being so loud, he was tossing and turning. We got about 2 hrs of sleep because of how loud the bed was. And had to drive 11 hrs home to indy.

Pros: CLEAN. Old school, rustic. Very comfortable. IMMACULATE CLEAN. Very good shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, very nice
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to town
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean. Lot was being plowed when we got there and walks were cleaned. The lady at the desk walked us to our room to make sure heat was on and tv worked. She brought us extra blankets in case we needed them. (We didn't, room was quite comfortable temperature wise.) She practically bent over backwards to make sure everything was okay. We didn't expect the Ritz at this price, but we were very pleased with what we found. Every hotel/motel should be this accommodating!
Cons: Single thickness curtains on window facing road. We could see out, anyone out there could see in when interior lights on. Ceiling lamp may have had a short - bulb kept flashing on and off even when wall switch was turned off. Staff removed bulb and unplugged light for a short-term fix. No problems after that.

The Evergreen Motel - Oswego - Living room
7
9.0 Excellent (19 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Oswego, The Evergreen Motel is in a rural location, within a 10-minute drive of Scriba Town Park and Oswego Speedway. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: See above
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A very well-run customer-oriented friendly place. Staff and owners are committed to taking care of their guests. Impeccably clean rooms with daily service. I come to this area at least twice a year for work and unfortunately the place I normally stay at unexpectedly closed so I was looking for another well-run family oriented local business to support rather than a big chain and I found it here at the Evergreen! I will definitely make them my first call when I come back into town for business later in the year. Very much recommended!
Cons: The only thing is their single person business rates are high but very much comparable to the rest of the area.
The Eis House - Mexico - Building
8
8.6 Excellent (43 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Mexico, The Eis House is in a rural location, within a 10-minute drive of Pines Golf Course and Lake Ontario. This lodge has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very quiet in the evening. Very convenient to where we needed to go.
Cons: Bed was too soft for us. Though they are making updates to the property
4.3 Okay
Pros: The property was less than adequate. Basically a place to sleep for the night.
Cons: However, there was no one available at the property or was there anyone available in case of emergency; as I did have a real emergency but several things didn’t work in the room and the three telephone numbers left by the owners to contact after hours, no one answered until the morning we were checking out; then they never followed through. We had no television, internet or hot water to take a shower. They’re were cobwebs on the tv and someone’s dirty socks left behind, when I was looking for an outlet to plug a few things in. The coffee pot in the room hadn’t been cleaned from last use. This destination is bit off the beaten path and someplace that usually caters to weddings and banquets. I’m from the area originally and was in town visiting. I was embarrassed and ashamed to take my husband back to my hometown area, then stay in such poor accommodations with no customer service.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff wss excellent especially Kathy. Restaurant was also excellent. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: No window curtains, just a blind. Curtains would have provided more privacy. A headboard on the bed would have been nice. The internet and tv did not work properly.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very quiet and private
Cons: Shower curtain was mildewed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice location and probably much more enjoyable in the summer. Nevertheless, you can enjoy to sit on your little patio on the lake.
Cons: For some reasons, we had no towel, not even a one and had to borrow it from another room as no one was there from the staff. Another issue was that most of the lightbulbs where blown, so again we borrowed it from another room. Luckily we had booked 2 rooms.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Bed was awful. Needs to be upgraded to a much better quality
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and comfortable place with river view.
Cons: Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday, and only bar menu on Sunday night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent, and very responsive to our needs. Restaurant was great, and very convenient. All the rooms have private patios.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent dining was available at same place. Beautiful and well maintained. Quiet. Easy to find. all staff perfect. We were here, in nice small Mexico, NY because my husband fishes in the Salmon River near Pulaski, which is 15 minutes drive away. Our first time at this particular lodging in "greater" Salmon River/Pulaski area. Eis House was nice enough to warrant the extra drive time.
Cons: Like all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a busy restaurant but we were never bothered by any noise levels. Check in was easy and quick. Beds very comfortable. Lots of amenities — kitchenette, extra bed, cutlery and dishes.
Cons: Approach the building from west side not the east — the east side doesn’t have a lot of signage, looks a bit uninviting. When we drove around to the other side we realized we were at the back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice cabin, spacious, well equipped.
Cons: Wish there had been coffee, filters. Since we stayed just one night, we didn't think to bring them. Otherwise perfect. Would have booked 2 nights (SUNY Oswego graduation) especially after we learned graduation wasn't till 4 but even January was too late. Clearly not your fault;just a FYI.

Pros: Size of room and location
Cons: Partially blocked sink. Large stain on carpet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable cabin, friendly helpful staff
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The cabin was old and smelly. I believe there was mold. My son had an asthma attack from the conditions. Gross place. The woman who checked us in said she was not around to help if we had an issue an she would not be happy if she was called. very rude
Cons: The cabin was old and smelly. I believe there was mold. My son had an asthma attack from the conditions. Gross place. The woman who checked us in said she was not around to help if we had an issue an she would not be happy if she was called. very rude
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Very accommodating & lots of room in cabin
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, addressed issues (offered a room when the cabin was not available). Pool was nice, environment was beautiful. Met people who return every year ( one family-25 years).
Cons: was notified on day of check-in that the original cabin that was reserved was not available due to being " double-booked". Pictures and confirmation number were not consistent when checking e-mail confirmation information
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was peaceful! We will be staying here again!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite area.
Cons: Stove was dirty
6.8 Good
Pros: Private cabin. Though we didn’t need it full kitchen, could imagine for longer stays that would be very helpful. Bed comfortable. Heater worked well.
Cons: The place was rustic, which I usually like myself living in s rural area, however this place could use a little updating , ant infestation, couch very old, you sink into it, cobwebs, broken blinds. A little sprucing up would make it worth the $.

Pros: Back garder and deck are nice. Once the pool is fixed it will be a good place for kids and make small trips. The manager was very helpful in accommodating our changes.
Cons: The room at the garden side are nicer.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Room smelled musty, bed was old and sagged, big thing , swimming pool was empty, we picked a motel with a pool to swim, wouldn’t give us any discount because we used booking .com ??
7.5 Good
Pros: Location wasn't too bad for needing to go to Oswego, Seemed to have been remodeled recently which was pleasantly surprising. Happy that it had interior doors. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Non main entrance that I used wouldn't lock and people were hanging out around it drinking beer. My tv didn't work. Went to use the pool and was VERY disappointed that it wasn't in use. The breakfast needed some non-carb food like eggs and sausage and the OJ was watery and he couldn't fix it.
5.5 Okay
Pros: It was close to my job
Cons: Had a terrible smell
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing will never stay there again or any of the red roof inn establishments
Cons: First off estates that has a pool the pool was not usable apparently it's been down a year and a half front desk clerk said it says the pool is down on their website which it does not only if you look in the reviews are there complaints from other travelers/guess about there being no pool the rooms are dirty outdated when I pulled my covers back for the night the sheet was torn and dirty when I let the clerk at the front desk know she was very rude and abrupt with me I said she'll take note of it the toilet leak to the sink was cracked dirt in every corner of the room in the bathroom microwave was dirty and smell like a dead animal got cooked in it there was burn marks all over the top of the mini fridge like someone sat a cigarette there the table was very sticky the list can go on and on about everything that was wrong ☹️with does place and the bathrooms are not handicapped accessible safety bar in the shower which is very dangerous saying that the bottom of the tub is very slippery I'm pretty sure they're bathroom is in a code violation..
6.0 Good
Pros: Large room. Great price. Ac worked!
Cons: Stated it had an outdoor pool well pool was not working. There was a strong smell of curry/incense throughout the lobby and hallway. Could have had a better breakfast.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It was dirty. I had a puddle of water inside the door when I came in. I wiped it up with a hand towel. The towel was filthy after. I had to ask the manager to have it mopped. The front desk was filthy. The manager was walking around barefoot

Cons: pool was not operating but it was advertised as having a pool
4.5 Okay
Pros: Sheets were dirty. Pool wasnt clean or open for swimming. Coffee was old and the breakfast sucked.
Cons: Have the pool open and actually have someone clean the room. Breakfast sucked. Maybe offer more than stale cerael and old coffee.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was nice. We came and went as needed. We used the pool and had a nice experience.
Cons: One person at the desk was not so nice. I called for extra pillows and she made a comment that they dont keep pillows at the desk and hung up. Other than that everything else was just fine.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Convenient. Being that it was the only Motel in Fulton, NY we had no choice.
Cons: This was supposed to be newly renovated room. Bathroom had new wall fabric peeling off the wall at ceiling level and mold on the ceiling. I have pictures. The night stand had crumbs and sticky beverage marks on it. Found a child’s toy sticking out from under bed. Cable connection was pulled out of the wall. TV would shutdown and have to be restarted by unplugging and plugging back in All of this was told to the woman checking us out. She was more concerned about smoking her cigarette than listening to I had to say. The worst Red Roof we have ever stayed at. We will never go back. We will stay in Syracuse and drive to Fulton to see family.
