Clean and well designed. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The only complaint is that the bathroom has glass doors. They're fogged so you can't see too much, but it's still super weird pooping with your loved ones walking by. I don't know why anyone would design a bathroom like that!
YOU MUST change the SMALL pillows on the bed....it makes no sense..the pillow cases on your pillows are normal size, tucked in to accomodate what esstenially are decorative pillow size.... NOT sleeping pillows....the bed itself was not to my comfort...but PLEASE CHANGE THE PILLOW SIZE AT THE VERY LEAST.
Music from the club until late at night prevented us from sleeping. The valet parking attendant smelled of alcohol, so we parked on the street. Accidentally moved M&M's from their perch, was charged.
The room was spacious and the staff was beyond amazing
Room was old, dried up gum in the carpet and just didn't give me what I expected to receive for my money
They were each amazing but altogether made it an amazing stay, can't wait to return!
The valet staff was AMAZING!! They were friendly, fast, and provided us with advice on where to go. They were down to earth, joked around with us, and did not hesitate to carry out luggage to and from the room. Always greeted with a smile. Also, the man at the front desk Gabe was awesome. I felt welcome when checking in, and when my awesome bachelorette picked up every single item in and on the mini bar, Gabe fixed the charges without hesitation. All staff was awesome!!
I'm not much of a valet girl, I'd rather self park so I didn't like that it's all valet. But like I said, the valet guys were awesome. I also didn't like that for my future sis in laws bachelorette party I couldn't bring in an ice chest or more than 12 beers. Those rules made me feel like maybe next time we'll suck it up, endure the prices and the crowd we don't want to be around and head to Vegas.
I liked the decor in the entrance. It was pretty awesome
Pool was waaay too small, for a birthday we were put in a room with a bunch of noise next door of garbage trucks and construction, a little over priced.....not as good as vegas to be such a high priced facility
Was a great pool area with pool bar and nice atmosphere overall. The room was clean and there were super comfy beds. We made a last minute booking and couldn't have been more pleased with the hotel.
Needs some updating
Everything but the front desk people. Great pool ambiance, awesome music, good drinks, nice bar employees. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to everything
Front desk employees, could have been more courteous and excited to be there.
Everything was great! Only thing I can think that I would complain about is during breakfast our food came kind of slowly, and a group of people that came in after us got served before us and had the same number of people we did.
Clean, plush, and spacious room. "Glam" look. Within waking distance to downtown. Easy and polite check in as well as a nice maintainence worker who offered to blow up our floaties.
Despite the glam look of the hotel, the features were overpriced ($150 to use a cabana when it's dead at the pool except for a family hanging out- only other options were plain beach chairs), pool was not heated and closed at 8pm anyway, only valet parking option. My friend and I ended up driving to ace today's in a row for the pool scene, including their friendly staff walking around asking for drink and food orders, great menu for drinks and food, comfortable amenities at the pool and it wasn't "extra" or "exclusive" to lounge on their big round beds by the pool. Our purpose of taking a vacation was to relax and, while our rooms as nice, we did not feel relaxed at the pool bc it was freezing cold and perhaps bc the hotel is only 3 stories tall it felt like a wind tunnel blowing on your cold wet body. No thank you, we checked out and went to saguaro for a great price and awesome vibe.
The hotel is outdated and needs major improvements. The customer service was horrible. I called housekeeping twice and no representative answered. Our coffee maker had mold. We called the front desk because there was no answer in the housekeeping department. We waited an hour and received two cups of coffee instead of a coffee maker. There were bugs in the room as well. The hotel has a feeling of motel 6 with renovations.,we will not be staying here again. I was extremely disappointed since I've stayed at hard rock hotels in the past from Las Vegas and San Diego and had an amazing stay.
Great Decor, young atmosphere, decent pool area. Great location. Hotel lobby turns into party at night.
Poor room service/food. Double charged and took 15 mins upon checkout to fix. Room itself was kind of dark and had a terrible view.
We were there mid week so the hotel was very quiet which was really nice. It's possible that on weekends or during high season it would be more of a Vegas type party atmosphere, which is not what we were looking for during our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the towels and linens were of high quality. It was nice that robes were provided for the guest. The pool area was really nice. The restaurant was great. Location was good for walking to everything downtown. We appreciated the free wifi as not at hotels offer this. The front desk staff were very helpful. We asked for extra pillows and a mini fridge which were brought to our room right away. The valet service was also very good.
The gift shop didn't have the size of t shirt that we wanted to buy, so we didn't end up purchasing one. It was nice to have a balcony with chairs but our "city view" room faced a back alley with a dumpster, which was emptied early every morning. Very noisy and woke us up early both days. Maybe best to ask for the pool view room.
I liked that they had a wheelchair to get me to my car after I fell.,
I slipped in the restroom. Son went to get help, wheelchair. A staff member came up with him. I was still on the floor, got the wind knocked out of me. They asked if I needed an ambulance. I did, but I was embarrassed. I think once the employee saw me still on the floor after 10 minutes they should have called one immediately. Instead I went to urgent care the next day. It's been 3 days and I STILL can barely move. :( very unhappy customer.
The staff was great..
I didn't know the front desk was a lounge at late night..
Room was great. Thick, luscious towels, great mattress and pillows, great climate control made for a great night's sleep. Staff very accommodating, welcoming and eager to help.
What's not to like?
Smells like throw up. Terrible service. No room service dining past 2pm.
