Cons:they did not have system so could not rent the car!
Pros:Manager at the desk was excellent!!!! Super fast and friendly
Cons:Car was not cleaned between rentals and filled will paper and packing supplies
Cons:I was given a reservation for a car rental from a location and company that was no longer in business was there. I was given a reservation for a car in Payless rental car but when I went to the location it was a Budget rental car and they said they do not accept reservations from Payless.
Cons:Booked a reservation and location was closed, unable to pick up a vehicle and unable to obtain refund via car rental company or the third party site for the resevation.
Cons:You made a reservation for a company that doesn’t work out of that location anymore so when I went to get the car they did not accept the reservation so I had to make a walk-in reservation with them at twice the rate because I didn’t have a choice.
