Pros:Nothing. NEVER RECEIVED CAR
Cons:KAYAK OVERBOOKED THE LOCATION BY 35 CARS. THERE WAS A FOUR DAY WAIT FROM MY SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME. Absolute trash, you guys at kayak.

Pros:Thrifty did not have a vehicle available and did not help in finding another location with available cars. Blamed it on the third party supplier
Cons:They need to honor a pre-paid, or any other, advance reservation. I will never use them again and not sure about ever using a third party on-line booking site like Kayak, priceline, etc...
Pros:Staff was friendly.
Cons:Even with a reservation, it took an hour to get the car.
Cons:First, I arrived to the garage to return on time but had to wait five minutes for the agent to get to me. Ultimately he ended up registering me one minute after my return time leading to an entire hour surcharge. That's (a) not my fault and (b) ridiculous that there's no five minute grace period to account for their time to service. Second, I was told "Miami Port" was the airport by the rental agent even when I asked if he was sure that it was "the airport" and not "Port of Miami." He said yes, and that it's just weird that they say it like that. When I arrived I was charged a different rate than what had originally been quoted to me in the reservation.
Pros:1. The vehicle we ordered was not available. 2. The Vehicle was not full with fuel. 3. We needed to change the drop-off location and it would cost more than then entire week of rental.
Cons:Change fees should not be more than an entire rental for one full week. Thrifty is stealing.
Very kind, helpful staff. Got a good little car that was economical. It was expensive, but reasonable for Miami beach.

Cons:I made the reservation days in advance and they didn't have a car. They said I could be wait listed for much later in the day. I went to talk with them the day prior to ensure that had a vehicle and they were closed during supposed open hours of operation. I had to alter my plans due to Thrifty not working with the third party reservation. I had not been contacted by Thrifty to say no car available.
Pros:Rental location was only 1 block away from our first hotel in Miami Beach, so that was great. We then used the car to drive to the Keys.
Cons:Rental agent was very pushy about buying the toll road option.
