Cons:They claim there is a balance on a rental in Switzerland from two years ago. They refused to rent me the car, although they had not details. I will block payment through the credit card company, of course.
Pros:Fast service, great car, all worked perfect from quick pickup (<10 mins) to quick drop off (1 mins). Nice staff and no problems with the car on the 30+ day rental either.
Cons:Hertz is not in the rental car business. They're in the insurance business. Insurance cost 3x the rental cost of the car. Irritating.
Cons:They gave me a car with less than half a tank, I returned it with same amount, they charged me for fuel anyway! Gas tank cap was missing! Gave me wrong key to start. Then waited 15 mins while right car was brought around from the back. Car exterior had not been cleaned.
Cons:HERTZ DID NOT HONOR MY RESERVATION PRICE BECAUSE THEY SAID THE CAR I RENTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE. SO IN ORDER FOR ME TO PICK UP A CAR I HAD TO PAY A HIGHER FEE. I HAD MY CONFIRMATION FROM kAYAK BUT IT DIDNT MATTER.
Pros:Although we made a reservation for 8am car was not at location until 10am.

Cons:I booked a convertible car ,it was confirmed by hertz ,i did 30 miles to go to pick-up the car booked and when i arrived the Guy from the agency said me :sorry we don t have the car , perhaps a problem in the hertz software. He gave me an anoy
