Customer service was poor. they were not rude but they we no helpful. The advertized rate was $11 per day but with their add ons of all the daily fees, it was almost $40 per day. I only kept the car for 2 days. It was to be 2 weeks at 641 total but they charged me $241 for only two days and no one answers the phone there to give me a breakdown.

Horrible. The price was $600 more than I agreed to online. I had to call an uber to enterprise and they were able to help me out no problem.

Car was ideal fur out needs and pricing was very good. The car had a couple of minor issues, but nothing to worry about.

Bad I was supposed to get a Toyota Tacoma and I got a Ford Maverick with short bed and they said they were going to email me the receipt never got it plus I got over $100

I booked an SUV through Kayak, my confirmation email from Kayak said SUV. However Payless said my reservation was for an Economy car and they would not provide me with an SUV. Never using Kayak/Payless again.

we went to the shell station adjacentbto the rental car service center who charged 5.99 a gallon... ridiculous. The service center did not have a car for us, we had to wait and we did have a reservstion
