Cons:Vehicle needed cleaned inside and out before pickup.

Pros:It was all good until drop off.
Cons:Their were a few crumbs in the car. We have rented many times and it was very normal, not excessive. The guy behind he counter wanted to charge $50 to vacuum it. He finally admitted it was hot and he did not want to have to go out in the heat and vacuum. My husband drove to a place and vacuumed it in less than 10 min and took it back. Unacceptable.
Pros:The staff was professional and friendly.
Cons:It seems like they are processing my refund really slow. It has been a week since I returned a car and was told that there would be refund. I still have not seen it.
Pros:Drop-off was a complete breeze. The price was great. I was pleased with the features available in the base model (iPod connectivity, hands-free phone).
Cons:I reserved a Q4, but none were available when I picked up. Rather than drive a minivan (which I do every day, so wanted something different), I waited an extra 10-15 minutes for the Q4 I booked. It was only a minor inconvenience, but what I don't understand is this. When I book a Q4, why are you not holding a Q4 for me? I just don't get it! I also haven't yet received an emailed copy of my receipt.
Pros:Nothing. Car was paid for but no car was available on the same day I was planning on getting it. Terrible experience. And to put the icing on the cake, I've been charged for the car and insurance that Hertz did not deliver.
Cons:When I pay for a car and insurance in advance, I expect there to be a car for me. Is that so unreasonable. I WILL NEVER USE HERTZ AGAIN
Pros:The manager bent over backwards to satisfy us. He discounted the original price and told us to bring the car back with an empty gas tank, as compensation. He called the other two Hertz locations nearby, as well as calling the people who were supposed to be dropping off the full sized cars. He even called locations on our route to see if we could trade out at their location. Yes we will do business with them again, the manager did his best even though they had overbooked.
Cons:There was not a car like what we reserved. They had mini vans, trucks and smaller cars. None of the other two locations had a full sized car either. The manager offered a us an upgrade, but they didn't get as good mileage, so we declined and explained why. We needed a car that got excellent gas mileage and that could pull mountains without a problem. We waited for an hour and a half before we were able to drive away, after a car came in that was dropped off.
My rental experience with hertz was awesome. I had an emergency while visiting Tulsa, Oklahoma. I had a need to rent a vehicle ONE WAY from Tulsa Oklahoma to Dallas, Texas. The entire transaction went so smoothly, efficient and fast. I was really please and happy with the transaction from beginning to end. The agent at the Tulsa location where I picked up the vehicle was very friendly and professional. The return of the vehicle at Dallas/Fort worth airport was fast and smooth with no problems and the employee who accepted and received the return was very friendly. I will definitely use the service of Hertz rental again for future travel needs. I will also use the service of Kayak again their service was top notch.
Cons:Not only was a charge for the insurance on the car but I never got a vehicle in the first place. Kayak information is not up to date on this location as not only did they have no cars available on site after I book but they do not allow same day pick up. I am completely disappointed in my experience overall and will not be using either service in the future.
Pros:Good value, nice people at check in.
Cons:check in and check out very slow. I did an online payment and yet when I got to the rental place I had to give them the exact same information which took way too long, considering I'd already given that information, online.
