Just swell Efficient Polite Clean

Cons:We placed a reservation, went to pick up only to immediately be told by a lady there were NO CARS available. She told us to call and TRY to get our money back.
Cons:There was no truck available. I was offered a small SUV. I waited for the truck. It was not clean inside or out. It was very dusty inside, and the truck had a smokey odor. I had to go back to the counter to request another truck. I waited over a hour.
Pros:Before my flight I have make a phone call to let them know if I can pick up the rental in Las Vegas cause my flight to Sacramento was canceled through the coronavirus no one want to help me at all..

Cons:They wouldn't rent us the car cause we didn't have a return flight ticket and you guys owe us the 33$ insurance that we pre paid and I want it on the card we used immediately.???
Pros:That there was someone at the counter when I arrived.
Cons:I reserved a mid-sized sedan due to my wife being handicapped, upon arrival I was informed that there where none available and was informed that I could take a truck or check with the other agencies. :(
Cons:Should know you're dealing with miscellaneous counter people and they don't answer the local phone number, but will help you when you get to the counter.
