Cons:Pick up was outside, apart from the other rental cars, only 1 guy working there. We had reserved a full size car, my husband is very tall and we were doing a lot driving, they had no full size cars. They gave s a smaller car but didn't offer to give us a lower price. We inquired about this and they said it's only $10 difference. The car was clean on the outside but very dirty and stained inside and didn't smell great. They didn't ask ask for our insurance or go over the car with us to look for damage so we were a little nervous about that. The car drove fine but was small, uncomfortable and stinky. Wouldn't use them again even to save some money.
Pros:The Budget staff (apparently Payless is a subsidiary of Budget?) processed our rental pick-up and when the "full-size" car wasn't big enough for the four of us and our luggage (one and a half bags each), they quickly set us up with a larger vehicle.
Cons:The "full-size" was a hybrid, and while a very nice vehicle it wasn't large enough for three adults, a twelve year old and our bags.
