The line at the counter was way too long. The car was filthy inside and out. The next car rental, I will “pay more” and be happier with another company.

Paid for midsize car and received an entirely no-frills economy car (and price not adjusted). Smelled of cigarette smoke and exterior dirty.

You guys approved me and took my money. The rental car company did not approve me when I showed up to pick up my rental 😡😡

Got a car after waiting longer than an hour for it as the process is totally manual - calling the dispatcher to locate a car I ordered days before (who really saved the day and did a fantastic job in balancing out the incompetence of process and the don’t care attitude of the front desk person). When I got the car it was on empty - what the heck? I then ended up paying 340$ on top of the 170$ I had signed up for - never again!

They offer only old cars with tires about to explode and they charge as if it was a luxury car, I am pretty sure the cars they are offering are the cars from the same staff working there….I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent here….its ridiculous!
