Pros:The staff was very friendly and efficient. Had never rented from Payless so was a little hesitant...no problems
Pros:Nice people
Cons:I booked an Audi convertible but was left with a Mustang. sobI switched to a hard top sedan because Mustangs are so uncomfortable.

Cons:counter at ITO was hard to find as Payless was also at the Budget Counter but wasn't clearly labelled so we walked around for awhile and asked people before we were able to find it. Car was also very scratched up with undercarriage damage. Wipers were horrendous and did nothing to clear the rain.

Pros:Easiest rental experience ever...so easy that I am horrified at all my previous airport rental experiences that are thought were "okay." Friendly service, fast paperwork, upgrade (very exciting) and we were off on our Hawaiian adventure in just a few minutes. Payless is curbside at the airport in Hilo, and after you walk right up to the attendant, we walked across the access road and there was our car waiting in the second row. Couldn't have been easier. I didn't get any "up sell" on insurance or coverage after firmly saying I wasn't interested. Easy drop off as well. In and out of the Payless booth in less than 5 minutes. Again, pleasant attendants and I will definitely use this company again!
