Pros:I was very happy with the car we rented. It was clean and comfortable. The guys at the counter were nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:No one was at the desk even though I had a reservation. I ended up using another company that actually had a staff present and the other company honored my price I had secured through Payless and gave me an upgraded car.

Cons:The seats were messy and should have been cleaned. It took me over half an hour to drop it off and check out. I had a flight to catch and was not impressed with the employee who left the building with a long line of customers waiting to be helped.
