Pros:Car was clean.
Cons:My flight was delayed so I arrived to the location at 1:04pm, the store closed at 1:00pm. I called customer service at 1:06pm, they told me they would hold the reservation for the next day for me to pick up in the morning. I arrived the next day to pick up the car and they rate increased.
Pros:Absolutely nothing !!!
Cons:CAR was dirty , I found jul pods and batteries , cigarettes and chips on the back seat , and to top it all off , bag with dirty underwear tuck between back seats It was written on a paper , cleaned and disinfected By Terell Never again Avis
Cons:I tried to extend my rental buy one day and they wanted to charge me nearly twice what I paid for four days.

Cons:Didn’t realize they would charge me almost another days rate for an extra hour past 24 hours!
Pros:Saff was an hour late and wouldn't let me have the car .
Cons:They could have told me that I had to have a major credit card to rent the car.
Pros:Pick up was a very easy process. It was nice to be asked but not pressured to buy any additional coverage, etc. After hours drop off was very easy as well.
Cons:I set my pick up around noon but since there was only one person working at that location I had to wait a few minutes for her to get back in the office from lunch.

Pros:Pick up and drop off in OMA is always a breeze. Fast check out and no hurdles to jump
Cons:Wanted a mid size car and they gave me a Toyota Sequoia. Got 14 MPG and was pain to park. Exterior of car was water spotted and dingy.
Pros:Check in and check out was smooth
Cons:Car was not clean inside or out. The last two times we’ve rented vehicles at Omaha airport they weren’t cleaned up inside (not both rentals were from Avis). Are they not cleaning the cars anymore between uses?!
