Pearl Hotels

Room was clean and beds comfortable Air conditioner had a drip that was being caught in a plastic container inside the room. A dripping sound was heard all night.

A new clean comfortable hotel. Rooms were big and roomy. Staff was very nice, We callled to reserve a roll away for one of the children and lost the connection. They called us back to tell us they had reserved the rollaway and ask if there was anything else. Fantastic service. Kids really enjoyed the waffles and juice int eh morning. Sausage was not a seller.

The staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered from the front desk, to the cafe, to maintenance and housekeeping. I was given awesome restaurant recommendations. They went out of their way to be helpful. This hotel exemplified the true definition of southern hospitality. Not to mention the decor is modern and has updated features, the bed is extremely comfortable and it has a great business room. It's close to the outlets too. I highly recommend this hotel. No complaints

Fantastic lobby restoration Key cards worked poorly. Had to reset twice.

The staff and management are well trained, courteous and helpful. The building in which my grandfather stayed in the 20s, and 30s has been beautifully restored. From the hotel, one can walk to a number of restaurants (Mayflower, Elite, etc.) as wells as to St. Andrew's Cathedral, the Old Capital Museum and other historical sites. I liked it all. Will definitely returnI

only problem was the noise from the plumbing, when anyone around us used the plumbing it was very loud in our bathroom. Finally closed the bathroom door which helped some.

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Everything I needed was in this area. The hotel is new and the rooms are beautiful. They even had DVD's at the front desk available for the DVD Players that are in all rooms. A full size refridgerator. It was great not to have to try and stuff all my cold items in a small box. The laundry facilities were complimentary and the fitness room was awesome. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Pearl, MS area.

The room was quaint and cozy. The ac worked perfectly. The room was pretty clean and completely odor free considering that we had a smoking room. The refrigerator and microwave worked nicely. The staff at the front was very pleasant. Very quiet and right next to some good chain restaurants. They posted that they have complementary breakfast, but when I went down during the posted breakfast time, nothing was placed out.
