Pros: I loved the location. It was close to lots of shopping, dining, and historical scenery. There was lots to do and so much to see until I'm going to have to go back for another stay real soon.
Cons: I had to change my room because the first room's bed was not comfortable. In fact, it had a minor dip in the middle of it. But, the front desk was very responsive and moved me to another room and it only took a matter of minutes to do so.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in Center City Philly. Loved how close it was to everywhere I needed to go. The room itself was very clean.
Cons: Where to begin. Staff was horrible to me, even downright rude. The housekeeping staff also did not knock so two of them got a "free show". Embarrassing to say the least. Lack of communication between them and the front desk.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was ok... i had booked three rooms and requested to be near each other or same floor. Staff accommodated but took a few hours before rooms were ready.
Cons: There was not one piece of furniture that wasn’t worn out or filthy- both in the hotel room and the lobby. The style was really cute but time to update or do pleather and wipe things clean. Most of the furniture’s fabric was splitting and torn. I have never seen that at a hotel before, more like a college student’s house furniture. Also - chairs and couches are uncomfortable.

Pros: Location and amenities are top
Cons: I stayed here 3 times (15 days each visit) in the past 2 years. The quality of the place has gone down considerably. The rooms aren’t well cleaned, the linens are old, some electric appliances don’t work and they take ages to replace them. Some receptionists are 5 stars and other 2 stars. It’s a hit or miss

Pros: This hotel is in the Rittenhouse area ofPhila. It is NOT in Rittenhouse Square. A 4 diamond hotel has a nice lounge/bar. Attentive bartender & waiter for cocktails. Room Was nice but dated with mixed upgrades done in stages so you can see it’s older. Bed was comfortable & bedding was soft. All was clean and our suite was at the end of the hallway with an outter door before getting to our suite door.
Cons: The car valet area lacks management. It also is extremely small, those clients that order UBER are allowed better service by the hotel valet staff members than those who drive their own vehicles. So many staff valet parking staff employees- making it highly difficult to tip all 8-10. Living room was great and lighting okay throughout. 2 televisions in this suite. Key card for door entry. Thermal blackout drapes throughout suite. TV remotes are okay , delay in TV response to change channels. Wireless plugs fir charging phones available in room. There is a desk in room along side ample closet near door entry. Carpet needs steam cleaning throughout the suite! Upon arrival the front reception desk had poor coverage. 1 hospitality person fir a line of guests. I waited 15 min to get room reservation check-in. I noted this at the front desk & was upgraded to a suite in 5th floor corner room. I’d like to say something about the entry into the suite, the bathroom is straight ahead with double French doors that had frosted glass panels. Poor privacy fir guests who are visiting you in suite & see you in the bathroom. There are double French doors on the other side of the bathroom near the bedroom. Same thing frosted glass panels on French doors near dressing area. Little privacy ! Uncomfortable- one more thing above the shower that was 3x3 was a metal door with four screws to keep it attached to a frame in ceiling drywall. It was odd - unattached on 2 opposite sides & open - creepy - don’t know if there is a hidden camera in this opening.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was fine - staff friendly and elevators at the ready - and very convenient location to shopping, dining, and nice stroll to Barnes Foundation and Rodin Museum.
Cons: For a luxury hotel, we found the interiors worn and dark - slightly depressing. Knob was missing from closet, etc. There were throngs of airline employees always crowding the lobby, and we hardly interacted with staff - all fine, but not sure worth the high price point.

Cons: Very noisy, huge party on the night of Friday 25th October, very loud music until 2am Room wasn't clean Beds not comfortable for this type of hotel Breakfast billed twice, once at the restaurant and at the check out. We had to make a claim We had to negotiate to get the the breakfast voucher that were included and only half of them were given Rooftop not accessible with kids Slow check in and check out Yellow product in the swimming pool that did colorate our swimming costume. Very hard to remove.

Cons: Room was a bit dusty, kids were both were sneezing and coughing before bedtime. You could see it on the nightstand, perhaps room was unoccupied for some time. Otherwise I highly recommend the Logan!

Pros: Staff was helpful and welcoming throughout the hotel. Excellent location. Great bar on the top floor. Room had a fridge and coffee maker.
Cons: Bathroom had no electrical outlets, so couldn’t use the supplied hair dryer in the bathroom, and no fan. TV had to load some weird “portal” software which was glitchy and hard to use.

6.2 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was great, and the room temperature and tv channel selection was great as well. The amenity options were very nice.
Cons: I paid for a room with a courtyard view and was given one with a view of the Street. The towels were very starchy and itchy to use. The shampoo was very low quality and caused both my husband and I to have dry and itchy scalp. The bedding had some sort of stains that they tried to hide by adding an extra sheet on top. The room was also very small and almost crammed. Overall, it seemed like the cost was only for the Hilton name and not for the quality. I’ve paid less for better service and quality in other large cities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was super comfy! And that was the most important thing to me!!
Cons: Well, I thought there was a refrigerator in our room, however, it was a “cooler”. For the price, a refrigerator would be more appropriate.

Pros: Pull into public parking garage next to hotel off of broad st. Park to the left when you pull in to unload. An attendant will keep the buggy in lobby until you park. Take your parking garage ticket to desk when you check in. They will flat rate it and bill it to room. I thought this was convenient. Room is clean. Once entering the room to unpack, i received a text message from hotel asking if everything was fine and if i needed anything to just reply to the text. I really liked this feature. First time i experienced that at a hotel. Nice personalized touch. Next morning, turns out i forgot toothbrush... front desk said they would bring one to the room and they did. Staff is very polite and courteous. And other guests that we had interactions with were kind as well. Location is great. Right in the middle of all the action. Walked to city hall, love park, walnut st theater, logan square, cheesecake factory, macys, art museum, rocky statue. Highly recommended and at a great price.

Pros: The location is great and the staff was friendly
Cons: The heat in the room continuously switched from heat to air and made the room temp quite uncomfortable. Also the TV remote was so dirty the buttons were stuck. I had to soak a washcloth in hot water and wipe the remote clean in order to use it. I was given a corner room that shared a wall with the elevator. It was noisy as I could hear the elevator going up and down all night. For $220 that I paid for one night (plus parking), I expected a more comfortable stay.

Cons: Housekeeping dis not tend to our room on our two night stay. Had to ask for more towels and wash rags. Went to get a luggage cart at check out... they weren’t available. Bellman said he would bring it to room. We waited 30 minutes, he never showed up. We hauled luggage with a 3 year old ourselves.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and great staff!
Cons: No complimentary breakfast, but I did enjoy a warm cookie on check in day.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff!
Cons: Needs attention to detail... doesn't seem to be up to date. And too expensive.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were courteous not rude at all , everything was clean bar staff was nice as well !
Cons: No shuttle service at all , it would have been nice to get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel also the pool should be 24 hours
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Big room, very comfortable bed, brand new right through the room. Having a gym and pool available was also an advantage.
Cons: A little expensive given breakfast was not included in the price however we were there over a weekend and the room was very high quality.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is very convenient. I had breakfast on the last day there, and they provided a nice variety for the continental breakfast. The lobby is a nice place to meet friends and the staff were nice.
Cons: I requested a handicap room. I could not get my walker into the bathroom area as it was too narrow and a mini fridge was in the way. The hotel did send up 2 men to move the mini fridge, but then it was partially blocking the door into the room, which made it difficult for me to get in and out. The closet door was difficult to open as it was broken at the top. I had to leave it open the entire 7 nights. The crew that moved the mini fridge did not fix it as requested. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. I requested housekeeping to get some Drano to pour down the sink to make the water run faster. That was never fixed. The heating system made a loud noise every time it went off. Very annoying when trying to sleep. The room was immediately next to the elevators, so that was noisy too, and when people were waiting for the elevators, even later in the evening, they were talking loudly, which was disturbing. If I ever visit again, I would request a different room. There is no handicap door at the main entrance, which made it difficult for me to enter and exit the hotel to go out onto Broad Street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the Executive King Suite. When we arrived check-in was real fast, they even gave us warm chocolate cookies at check-in. we had access to the Executive Lounge and breakfast was pretty good. Breakfast meats, eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, danishes, cakes, fresh fruit and juices, cereal, yogurts, coffee etc. The pool was good and quiet when we went, walking distance to EVERYTHING. The room was spacious for the two of us overlooking the city. The staff is superb and helpful. The bed was amazing, comfortable and a very clean room!
Cons:

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: The WiFi was not working for me
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed
Cons: Vegan food options
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and service are the best.
Cons: Our room that was initially assigned was below our expectations. The room heater was very loud and the bathroom sink had a crack all the way across it. The bathroom door did not latch. New room after we called.

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking is very expensive

Pros: Amazing location, very nice breakfast, nice views, helpful staff
Cons: Room was musty and felt unclean, housekeeping only made 1 of the beds. Parking was extortionately priced. Hotel decoration is in need of an upgrade. Very poor soundproofing between the room and the corridor means you were constantly woken up by people walking past just talking.

Cons: Our original room allocated was very noisy at night , overlooking plant, and not as we would have expected with respect to chairs in the room. Would have been good if there was more information in the room regarding hotel restaurant ,offerings and services.

Pros: Front desk and XIX staff were wonderful.
Cons: No market or pantry for late night snacking.
6.7 Good
Pros: Personnel at front desk was helpful in giving information about the city
Cons: 1. Check-in took 4 hours . They could have taken note that we checked in at midday and prioritize our room. 2. For some absurd reason guests were never allowed to use elevators in the front lobby. We could use only 2 elevators in the back which resulted always busy/crowded. I really don’t understand why guest have to use “service “ elevators and enter the hotel from the back 3. There were insufficient toiletries in the room for an occupancy of 4 people (double queen beds- we are a family of 4- 2 parents and 2 young daughters )
6.0 Good

Cons: Needs to be renovated- outdated furniture, carpet and paint on the walls

Pros: like the extra security of needing a key card to use the elevator the staff was great to location was great the bed was super comfy
Cons: our floor (including us) had people traveling together using more than one room; people were walking and talking down the halls an extra bit-- this could be avoided by not only getting peoples rooms on the same hall--which is nice-- but just put them beside each other. There were four groups on our hall--none of them had rooms together.

Pros:
Cons: When I checked in the Westin did not have my reservation. Luckily I had kept the booking.com confirmation number, or I would not have had a room. When I showed them the confirmation number, the front desk finally gave me a room. They said the reservation was booked incorrectly with my middle name joined with my last name instead of just last name. Maids were cleaning rooms on my floor until 8:30 pm. I checked in at 3 and hallways were filled with dirty linens until 8pm at night. I was shocked that a Westin would leave the hallways full of giant balls of dirty sheets and linens by each door and dirty dishes up and down the hallways. Maids were on my floor talking and arguing very loudly in the halls until 8:30 pm. I tried to call downstairs to complain about noise-and phone would not work. When I got up the next day the halls were still full of dirty dishes that had not been picked up from prior day.

Pros: The staff were so helpful and genuinely pleasant. The location is excellent for sight seeing and walking all about. Very close to historical sites and the cool shops and restaurants in Old City.
Cons: Valet parking was $50 per day. This is very pricey even by city standards.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The room was old and dirty. It looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned for a long time. The door latch looked like someone had previously tried to use a knife or something to break in and the damage was just painted or stained over.

Pros: Location is perfect. Close to many museums and restaurants. All staff members I came across were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. The ability to log into my Netflix account on the tv was a plus!
Cons: The heater/ac was VERY loud. Lots of rattling and “thunk” sounds kept me from falling asleep.

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel in a great locationand the bedroom is well furnished.
Cons: I did not like the factthat on one day I left the room at 10 Am and returned at 6 PM and discovered that no housekeeping had occurred during my absence:the bed was left unmade and the bathroom was a mess ,I found a housekeeping staff in the corridor and told her .Her response was that it was not " one of her rooms " I called the front desk and she was assigned to fix the problem .with someone else to help I was watching television .:it stopped working .The maintenance man who came up tried to fix the problem but was not able to do so .So I spent several hours in my room without TV .Which disappointed me . I reported all this when I checked out .The agent cancelled a bar bill for $65 She ex-plained that she could not do more because I had prepaid . [Obviously it was a mistake to have do so .Something to remember .

Cons: No fridge in rooms.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The hotel was renovating at the time, and I woke up to the sounds of construction! There was no mention of this at all on booking.com - I would've liked to know before booking that there's work being done there. I'm sure it will be fine once done, but still. Hotel staff were okay, but not particularly warm.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the privacy though the hotel was full.
Cons: There was not a refrigerator in the room and the ice bucket was undersized. The wedding guests in the lobby were too loud, they should be contained in a private area. The valet service did not retrieve my car in 15 minute time slot. It took took 35 minutes and I had to ask for my car twice.
6.7 Good

Pros: First--the staff was amazing!!! The people were so friendly and nice, that really made the trip! We fell in love with the staff than the actual place. So there was a water issue and I had to take cold showers, if I knew that before the booking, I would not have gone there. The bed was small for a queen and we could hear the hallway and people coming and going from their rooms, the doors were constantly slamming into the rooms.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing; the hotel was disgusting and the rooms were incredibly dirty.
Cons: The hotel was dirty and the rooms were filthy. The carpets were stained and paint was chipping from the walls. There was mold in my sink.
7.0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: Not very convenient for travelers with kids. Lacks amenities like microwaves, refrigrator, etc. No self-parking option.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was great for what we were looking for.
Cons: The hallways were old with dirty carpet. The rooms had filthy carpet with broken Bedframes, old mattresses, stains on the carpet and towels, bathroom walls had wall paper peeling off and reglued. Furniture was old and outdated. Valet/bellman didn't speak.
10.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: 2nd stay. 1st was not so good because we were given one of the unrenovated rooms. This time the room was brand new. Don’t think it was ever stayed in. Haloween party was cool too.

The bed was small for a queen and we could hear the hallway and people coming and going from their rooms, the doors were constantly slamming into the rooms. The dining area-The Local, took forever to take our orders and food; we noticed there was only 1 server and we felt bad for her.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building and rooms.
Cons: I got charged an excessive amount than originally showed on my booking.com app, will be calling.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and staff. Excellent customer service!
Cons: We had no hot water. We were there for a family wedding and drove from Massachusetts to attend and were unable to shower the day of and the day after. The hotel was made aware and suggested we run the hot water. That did not help.
