The car made noises as thought it had poor maintenance and was not going to reliably make it to where we wanted to go. Not all the electronics worked/worked properly. The pick up experience took a very long time the workers were very slow and were not happy or particularly kind. Overall bad experience can not think of anything positive.

Had a low tire and could not get anybody on the phone to help us. Had to take a chance in my neck to the rental with somebody and hope that the car did not have a blowout. It was not very happy with the lack of communication or help from anyone we talked to on the phone.

Kayak's site was not clear. I thought I was picking up at the airport enterprise. When I got to the correct location my online rental had expired. Had to start over. Car had been smoked in and smelled bad.
