Cons (-) We were annual visitors in the 90's with 5 other families the week before school began. We all loved it, but it is not the same now. They took us to what was supposed to be a gulf view room. It had a huge palm tree and stuck in a corner with roof angles for a view! We went back to the front desk to get it changed and we were put in another corner room, but with a partial gulf view and the asphalt ...

Cons (-) The pool was a mile hike from the resort. And honestly for as much money as it was it's just an extended stay for family.

Pros (+) Fantastic location on the beach, good lunch by the pool or on the beach, spacious and comfortable suites, very helpful and upbeat staff
Cons (-) My only complaint is with housekeeping. Our room was serviced in a lackadaisical way. The bed was made sloppily, the door was left ajar one day (!), the floor in the kitchen area was not clean, living room ignored daily. There was no attention to detail.
