Pros: Extremely nice owner will make you feel at home. Good breakfast. Easy and effortless payment options. Place is spotless, clean and cozy. We safely stored our luggage there during our trip to Torres del Paine. Would warmly recommend to anybody. Super warm room (in a good way).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy common area, super friendly owner, clean interiors and central location. Perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place to stay before and after the W trek. Pancho is a lovely host and makes you feel welcome and at home as soon as you arrive. It was like staying at home, very warm and friendly. Breakfast was out and ready for all the early risers up to get the bus to TDP, and it was only a 10min walk to the bus station. Around the corner is Base Camp where you can get a delicious pizza. Can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely recommend this place to family and friends if they ever venture to this beautiful part of the world.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here before doing the W trek in Torres del Paine. I was traveling solo and it was a nice cozy place to call home for two days. Pancho (owner) was super helpful with information and very welcoming. The hostel only fits 10 people, and only one share room, so it's pretty cozy, but definitely not a party hostel if that is what you are looking for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice hostel for young, actually the best I ever seen ! So clean, so well-decorated ! And staff is really welcoming !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The host is a very kind and pleasant person with all the guests. On my next trip to Puerto Natales, I will certainly stay at the same place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have travelled in more than 50 countries and this was the best hostel I've ever been. The hostel is beautiful and really clean. The owner was really nice. The breakfast was really good. The mattress was really comfortable. And when I came back from my exhausting 4 days trip in Torres del peine even though the hostel was closed due to the end of the season the owner let me sleep there in a one bed room at a really good price. This was a wonderful experience.Thank you!!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Simple Patagonia was the best place I stayed during my 2 weeks in Patagonia. The location is scenic and quiet. The hotel is quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accompanied breakfast is fantastic. You must have dinner at the hotel. The food is exceptional!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything — food, staff, location, property!
Cons: The walls could use some soundproofing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I decided to splurge a little and stay here after finishing the W Trek - overall, we had an amazing time. We stayed for 2 nights, but wished we could have stayed longer! Exceptional service from the staff - the hotel is family-run, and you can feel the care that goes into the property and into ensuring that guests have an excellent experience. Breakfast was an impressive spread, and we ate dinner here one night (you can tell the receptionist that day if you're interested), which was USD40 for a 3 course meal. That night, the starter course was empanadas, which were the best we tasted in all of our trip!
Cons: Walls were a bit thin - we could hear our neighbors talking at night, but earplugs remedied that for the most part.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything. The view across the water to the Andes, the Design internal and external is beautiful. The dinner and breakfast generous and superb. Our host is most gracious.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was great. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They were extremely helpful, especially when it came to collecting my luggage after it was delayed for nearly 5 days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They make something Simple so Luxury. Breakfast is lovely. Views are stunning. Room is very comfortable. Design is beautiful. Service is more like staying at someone’s home who is classy and tasteful. No more no less.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was well situated with a water view, just outside Puerto Natales. Well-designed, the room and common areas of the hotel were absolutely beautiful. We were on our way back from hiking in Torres del Paine and El Chalten, and this was a resting stop to chill before heading back to Punta Arenas. We had flown into Punta Arena and rented a car and done a 12-day hiking tour of Chile (Torres Del Paine) and Argentina (El Chalten). The breakfast and supper we had at the hotel were absolutely great, and would highly recommend it! What a beautiful part of the world. I would highly recommend visiting. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and very informative. Some of the guests used the hotel as a base for day hikes and activities, which is very doable. Punta Arenas has many cafes, restaurants and shops, and is fun to walk around.
Cons: Was all good!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: awesome view and comfortable room, helpful staff (help us to reserve a taxi/exchange money/prepare our breakfast for the early departure), decoration with great taste
Cons: a bit far from the town center and it’s not the fare printed in the taxi but DOUBLE (we took a taxi from the center and the driver asked for 4000 pesos which the reception staff told us that’s the usual price)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing looking place, great food, the bed was heaven and the view stunning 10 out of 10
Cons: Everything was just perfect
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The food was phenominal and homemade -- best pumpkin soup I've ever had! They had fresh fruit juice and smoked salmon at breakfast. This felt like a high end bed & breakfast instead of a hotel. They were extremely accomodating and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would absolutely recommend.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hostal Guanaco Blanco is awesome. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Natales, look no further! Pamela is an amazing host. Her hostal felt like a home away from home. Pamela was welcoming to our entire family (2 adults, 3 kids). We were supposed to leave for Torres del Paine in the morning, but because of conditions in the park, it initially looked like we'd have to delay our departure by a day. Pamela immediately was on the case, providing us above and beyond levels of help sorting things out. Bedrooms perfect, good breakfast, available parking, and a short/easy walk to the bus station in the morning. We also enjoyed getting to know other guests. Superb!

Cons: The breakfast place was understaff. Coffee machine wasn't working and the only one person had to do everything so there were no bread plates no knife to spread butter.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view. Really nice staff. Good beds. Great breakfast. Good recommendation for a Chilean Restaurant (consulado).
Cons: There was no space for our suitcase. The Restaurant ultima esparanza on the other side was really bad and a recommendation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right in the heart of the city, very convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: On the first check-in, we store our luggage at the hotel and told the reception that we wanted to come back for one night on the 10th and asked them if possible to made the reservation. We got a positive reply from the reception and then we left, but when we came back on the 10th night they told that they could not find our booking record and questioned that we asked at that time and did not make a reservation because I did not have any documents to prove that I made a reservation. At that time, we were tired and hungry and didn't want to waste time on the dispute. We hurry to find a hotel to rest. However, I would also like to thank them for letting me know that it is more secure to book through the website in the future.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Central location downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included eggs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location in a repurpose building, comfortable beds.
Cons: Small rooms for 2 person and their backpack...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A clean, cozy room with lovely natural materials, consistently hot water, and a towel warmer. Staff was very kind. Location cannot be beat - within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and waterfront. Good bang for your buck! Would stay again!
Cons: The room was a bit small, but otherwise, very lovely. Breakfast could use some improving.
6.8 Good
Pros: newer hotel with comfortable lobby area. Attached to a fairly high end restaurant. Bar on top floor had great views of the town and surrounding landscape. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff spoke both English and Spanish.
Cons: as stated in other reviews, the bedrooms are small. Very difficult to have two people with two pieces of luggage. The bathroom is a hot mess - the shower leaks through the [poorly fitted] glass door and is very awkward to shower in. Staff is young and very willing to accommodate but needs to be far more experienced and knowledgeable than they are. We asked two different times what the taxi rate to the bus station would be and both times were told the wrong thing. Not huge deal but you would think someone would know the right answer [answer is there is an extra charge for taxis before 7AM]. Also, if you need a taxi early to catch a bus, make sure they have called enough for everyone who will be waiting in the lobby. There were three sets of people waiting and the guy at the front desk had only called one cab. Bar service can be limited – how does one run out of sauvignon Blanc in Chile? Breakfast is pretty bleak but that seems to be the case in most of Chile.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel near the center of town in Puerto Natales. Our room had a beautiful view of the water, was nicely furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. Our favorite part was the bar on the top floor, with panoramic views and some great, very affordable, wine. The staff were wonderful. The hotel stored our luggage for us while we trekked in Torres Del Paine and had already brought the cases up to our room for us so they were waiting when we got back.
Cons: The shower temperature was a little unreliable in our first room - but for our second stay, we had no issues.

Pros: great spot. good breakfast. very clean. nice and new.
Cons: our room did not have a private bathroom. for the price, it should've had a private bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding staff!!! They were all fantastic!!!
Cons: Room too small. Not a lot of space to put things. Rooms were not sound proof. Too noisy in the early morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful staff. They couldn’t do more to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact they were constantly trying to guess what we might need and offer to provide it (eg, cutlery, bottle opener). Very convenient location close to restaurants, supermarkets and the main square. It is only one year old and everything still seems new and well cared for. Particularly the bathroom which was better than some of the 5* hotels we stayed in this trip. Value for money. The price of Casa De La Patagonia was SO much cheaper than the surrounding hotels when we booked.
Cons: The bedroom itself is relatively small with limited space around the bed and limited bench/bedside table space.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Sheuen Patagonia in Puerto Natales, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Plaza de Armas and Museo Histórico. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and refrigerator in a common area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We are so grateful to Hostal Sheuen for accommodating us after our Patagonia hike was cut super short due to flooding in Torres del Paine. We had planned to stay the night before and the night after the hike, but we ended up staying the original night, then coming back two days later and staying for 3 more. They helped us get the same room back at the same rate, let us use the kitchen (we had food we'd purchased for the hike to cook), and provided recommendations for other things we could do in the area since we'd planned our time around the 5-day hike that ended up being only 2. Beyond that, the property is nice - clean bathrooms and rooms, the breakfast was good, and we liked the location. Thank you again!!
Cons: No complaints from us - though it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom I suppose!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: sadly we ended up here only for a few hours but they were SUPER helpful in helping us get an early morning (and i mean really 3:00 am) so we could make it to the penguins in Punta Arenas. Our bus from the park was many hours late we only arrived at 1:00 am and they were accommodating and understanding. I wish we could have stayed the night....

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was very clean, breakfast yummy and very helpful staff at reception
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious but what made the stay really special was the staff, particularly Álvaro. He was incredibly helpful, even with things that had nothing to do with our stay in the hotel, and when our plans were unexpectedly changed he helped turn something that could have ruined our trip into a new adventure.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It's like 3star hotel, only there's shared bathroom. Very very clean bathroom... Breakfasts were great.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: I felt I was staying with my family
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owner, early breakfast and luggage storage if you go to Torres del Paine, lots of information
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was so homely and the hosts were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in a twin room which was very clean, tidy and cosy. The beds were amazing and we had the best night sleep we'd had since starting our travels! It's a great location in the centre of town; with bars, shops and restaurants a short walk away. The bus station is around 10 to 15 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Cons: The breakfast was a little disappointing, it consisted of bread, jam and cheese, and powdered milk. Which is fine except we can't eat bread. Some cereal and fruit would have been better. That said, the crockery set up was lovely! Hosts did not speak any English, google translate came in very handy.

Cons: Sometimes you can hear dog barking during the night
9.5 Excellent
Pros: - Very friendly owners - Very clean - Flexible on the timing of the breakfast (I was leaving early for TdP and the breakfast was ready by 6:15am as I requested) - You can leave your luggage there for a few days - Very good price and value for money
Cons: - The bathroom is shared - this was not mentioned on booking.com site, it needs to be updated - Nothing major otherwise, just some minor things: ~ Wifi is working, but could be faster ~ You stay with the family that can be awkward for some ~ Cash only
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Manuel was very sweet. He gave food recommendations and was very helpful and accomodating all around! Very quiet and relaxing stay. Close to shops & restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the perfect place to stop over before and after he Torres del Paine hike. Only a ten minute walk from bus station, and walking distance from city center. Room was simple and cozy. As one reviewer pointed out, there are no windows to the outside, but it gave us the best sleep because the room can be made totally dark at night. Shower was hot with great water pressure. The breakfast (sandwiches, spreads, coffee, tea, juice yogurt) was meticulously presented and very satisfying. The living room is whimsically decorated with nautical items and very interesting to explore. Michel allowed us to leave an extra bag at his place while we were doing the trail, cleaned and folded our dirty laundry (for very reasonable fee), and got up as early as 5am to set out breakfast for us before we left for the trail. The best part of the stay by far is the host, who is the sweetest, cutest man we've had the pleasure of meeting in Chile and we grew very fond of him. We did not speak the same language but were able to communicate the important things through gesturing ☺️ thank you for hosting us!!

Pros: Good location, clean and nice staff.

7.5 Good
Pros: Bathroom
Cons: No kitchen
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hostel, social buy not in that obtrusive, artificial way. The staff was very kind and helpfull, wifi stable, breakfast great but the best of it all: the beds were close to perfect. For all that reasons I picked that hostel also after the Torres del Paine Tour.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very convenient, and we loved how fantastic the service was there! They helped with food, local restaurant suggestions, and allowed us to keep our bags there for a few days while we were hiking.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Rude staff and no mention of the hostel closing because of the peak season is over. No eating your own food in the hostel. No kitchen for guest. 30 mins away from the bus terminal. I'd reccomend another hostel if ur doing the W circuit. They charge you if u leave some stuff behind... DAILY... most hostels won't charge u anything
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal, best I had in Natales. The girl who works during breakfast time was very nice and helpful too. Good spot, great location, socially was very good as well. Comfortable beds, good showers.
Cons: It's missing some of the things hostel's need. No lockers, no ladders for the top bunks, no kitchen for guests to use.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic homely and cosy hostel in the Centro of Puerto Natales. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to store my bag at the hostel while I trekked the W. I stayed in a private room and it was extremely clean and comfortable with some really nice homely touches such as in room kettle and complimentary tea. The little heater kept the room so cosy, the ensuite was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was very comfy. Everything you want in a room really!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us booking our bus to Torres del Paine Park next day. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. If you are going to do the multi day treks in the park, they can keep your luggage for a fair price.
Cons: Unfortunately we couldn't try the hostel's restaurant since the kitchen closes pretty early (around 10pm).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was great and staff was friendly!

Pros: The hosts Bren and his wife were adorable. They built this cottage with their own hands and you can see the love that was put into it. Felt so great to have a hot shower and soft bed after Torres del Paine. The breakfast was really good and made with love. The common area is very cozy and charming. We were given tons of great recommendations for restaurants, hikes, stores, and they were all spot on. Very close to the bus station and about a 10 minute walk into town. Can't recommend this place enough!
Cons: Nothing, apart from being able to stay longer!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room and breakfast
Cons: 10mins walk from town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely warm and inviting home with friendly and helpful hosts. Without the owner's help we would have been stuck when a border crossing official threw away our visa paperwork - we were very grateful to have assistance with what we shoul do and how. The home itself is extremely comfortable, full of interesting items, some of which the owners have made - the beatiful hand crafted table was very impressive! We had been travelling long distances by car since arriving in South America a week ago and this stay recharged our batteries - a good nights sleep in the most comfortable bed of our trip, with lovely linen and then the best breakfast so far, with freshly scrambled eggs! We thoroughly recommend Pire Mapu to anyone who wants warmth, comfort and good hospitality.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pire Mapu is simply amazing. The couple that runs this beautiful B&B has done a fantastic job to say the least! So many adorable touches, spacious, charming, great breakfast, and super helpful with tips on everything in town and related to Torres as well. The B&B is a little bit of a walk from downtown - but honestly we found it crazy convenient as it's a short 5 minute walk to the bus terminal! Cabs are cheap, fast, and quick too regardless. We stayed here before and after our trip to Torres Del Paine, and I would HIGHLY recommend this gem to anyone. Thank you so much again for a delightful stay.

Pros: We had a great time at Kau lodge! The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing, and it has a great location for walking around and is just a few blocks from the main plaza.
