Pros: LOCATION IS MAGNIFICENT! BAR manager was INCREDIBLE. Other staff were so-so.
Cons: Very confusing check in. not given correct room then charged textra o move to the room we had booked. couldnt be bothered arguing about it so just paid.
Pros: The worst staying ever!
Cons: I booked property for 12 people! I expected to accommodate my group in hotel, what I saw here on pictures. But the owner sent my group to the hostel! 300m from hotel! No photos if rooms in booking. Standard rooms of those lodge are not in lodge. 300m from lodge!!!!! And one week after our staying and the owner still didn’t put right photos on booking.com. So when you’ll book this property be ready to live in a hostel! The worst staying ever! I was talking to the owner of this property! And he just told me : We sent to you photos of those roto wantsup!!! Lol!!! I didn’t check watsup! I checked my watsup when he told me that... and yes!!! I had a message from someone! The message was in Spanish language... lol... I don’t speak Spanish! Why I should check my watsup?! I booked property on booking.com!!! And here are very beautiful photos of those accommodation! I don’t understand why they sent me photos to watsup?!... they should put real photos here!!! So... I don’t recommend to book this property.
Pros: the view and location of this hotel is amazing. There are amazing amenities available such as the indoor and outdoor pool and sauna as well as a hike nearby.
Cons: The service was less than ideal. Although everyone was very nice they were not accommodating. We were unhappy with our room as we had been mislead via our booking. There was no apology or offer to upgrade (we were willing to pay). The restaurant has a lot of options but the food we had was not very good. When we asked for wine on their menu they did not have 6 of them (the cheaper ones - the expensive ones were available). Although this wouldn't usually be a deal breaker, we had work to do and were informed that the hotel had wifi. We were disappointed that wifi meant a hotspot on someones phone if they happened to be at the property. Overall this location is beautiful and there is definitely a lot of potential. We ended up paying almost 3 times as much as our rate for 2 nights for two mediocre dinners with a few drinks. Not a great value.
Pros: Amazing place. The location couldn't be better. The staff was very friendly, and we find out apartment very clean.
Cons: The apartment should come with some bathrobes, a coffeemaker, a TV, and a phone to talk directly with reception. Unfortunately the wifi was not working during our stay and out phones didn't have any signal.
Cons: No mínimo bar or fridge in the room
Pros: Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were both superb. Comfortable.
Pros: Super friendly staff and great location (in case you like to be in remote places. There is almost nothing in the direct surrounding)
Cons: Rooms were okay but felt really cold, as there was not that much decoration. Additionally, there were some black hairs on the bed sheets. Restaurant was disappointing. Only one open wine (no bottles at all, at least there were none on the Menu). Starter and main course served simultaneously. “Antipasti” plate was 100g of vegetable mix without anything else. The other dishes were basically dry chicken and potatoes w/o sauce. Spent 60€ for 2 mains and 1 starter + 2 glasses of average wine - in our opinion way too much for the quality of the food served. Furthermore, the waiter did not speak English at all - which is totally fine and not a criticism. But there were other staff members around, so it would have been an easy fix to just assign one of those to our table. Last but not least, there was a live performance (singer). Despite a beautiful voice, it was so loud that you could hardly have a conversation with the person directly next to you.
