Nice clean room, quiet. I would absolutely return.
Went into hot tub after staff poured bleach into it. My wife’s bathing suit got bleached and both of us received chemical burns from the bleach water. We notified front desk and security, both places said they were already aware of the problem. We are still dealing with chemical issues on our skin and resort has failed to compensate us other than stating they are aware of the issue. Will never stay again.
Elevators often have long lines due to various school sports teams staying, with parents and all. Housekeeping is not daily, must call and lady asks (not very politely) "when do you check out" - who cares, just clean my room - I don't care if you are "short on staff" - I paid full price. Housekeeping knocks on doors at 9 am - must people still in bed after some partying/casino, makes no sense. Casino's slots are unwinnable - you put $100 in,it's gone within minutes, we played any smaller casinos with much different results almost each time. Friday pool parties are very loud, continue till 2 am,avoid pool side rooms if it's a problem. Overall, very crowded and overpriced.
Pros. The overall location is excellent, with lots to do within the resort and a lot of really good food options.
Cons. We were given a room that smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke and a non-working air conditioner. Staff were able to repair the AC after a few hours, however we were told no other suites were available and we’d have to stay in the smoke-filled room. Two of us had strong allergic reactions to it and we were only offered a refund on the $12/night resort fee for compensation.
Pros. Not much
Cons. I checked in online. It took longer to get my key than it would have if I just checked in at the counter. There was no help to direct us to our room. You can hear everything through the walls. In room coffee machine didn’t work.
Pros. Everything but the check in staff
Cons. The check in staff could be better aware of there customers. I waited forever to check in because there were talking and laughing which is fine. But i found it rude when they ignored me and then rushed me in. They seemed very annoyed that they have to work. It is work so atleast act like its a job you enjoy
Pros. Room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, except I couldn't find all the light switches.
Cons. The place stinks of cigarette smoke and is very poorly signposted. I ended up walking way out of my way to find a restaurant that I could actually eat at at 9:30pm. Walking through the stink of smoke to get anywhere is extremely unpleasant. I won't return.
Pros. Great location, restaurants and friendly staff.
Cons. Price
Pros. Beds & rooms were very nice. Location is great. Parking is free.
Cons. Smoking is heavy on the casino floor and this permeates up to all the hallways of the hotel rooms (even on the 20th floor).
Pros. room was huge
Cons. bathroom sink was leaking constantly
