Cons: Nope
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access from the high way, clean, friendly/helpful staff, good breakfast options
Cons: Our TV remote didn’t work....found out later that their had been a major outage prior to our arrival and they didn’t have a chance to check all the devices. Offered to take something off of our bill for this inconvenience. Very nice!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: It was our first time to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We normally stay at La Quinta because they are pet friendly. Since there was no La Quinta, I research other pet friendly hotels in the area. This one came up with the best ratings. When we arrived, I learned that they required a $20 per pet non-refundable fee. This was the highest priced hotel in the area and to add another $40 just because we have 2 well behaved small dogs was ridiculous. I have to say, that the desk clerk when we checked in was very nice, put us in a room to further accommodate our pets (close to the pet yard) and waived the pet fee due to my protests. He is a great asset to that hotel. The breakfast is great and much better than any La Quinta in which we have stayed. Obviously, the Holiday Inn Express is a bit more upscale from what I was used to with La Quinta. They don't need to add the pet deposit. I would switch quickly if that was the case. I hope Holiday Inn Express will consider the amount of business they could get if they would do so. This hotel was not very busy, and I suspect they could have done much better with a changed pet policy. Otherwise, a great hotel in an otherwise non-interesting part of Utah.
Cons: We were placed in a handicap room since it was closest to the dog area and not going to be used. The shower head kept sliding down making it almost impossible to take a shower without holding the shower wand. I put in a work order and they were going to get on it right away.
7.1 Good
Pros: Pool was a nice treat. Beds very comfy, everything nice and clean. Great to have shampoo etc provided. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: To have fresh, cool drinking water available in or near the room would have been ace, and a class to drink it from! Breakfast was fine. I always wish there were more veggies and less sausage, but that's just me! The noise of the fridge and the AC all nice was disturbing, but no biggie.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Not lot of breakfast items
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Holiday Inn Express is exceptional. The location is great for traveling across Utah. The manager was very attentive when we arrived, and he ensured that we had a perfect room for my husband, dogs and me. The room was large, as was the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast options far exceeded most hotels in this price range. Modern, clean decor and a good-sized, grass area for dog walking make this a great choice.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Could not hear plumbing noise from other rooms - nice. Quiet room until the early risers get going. Hot breakfast included was good. Very clean.

Pros: The breakfast was made to order and came out in a timely fashion. I was content after.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and pleasant staff
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Made-to-order breakfast is better than average
Cons: We checked in to find out that there were hairs on the bed sheets. Apparently, the bedding wasn't changed at all. Gross! Had to call front desk to have clean linens. The next morning we found a suspicious bug on one of the beds. We reported it to the front desk. The manager came in and started to convince us that is was brought in from "outside"? Was that an accusation? We were offered garbage bags to pack our belongs and a free night of future stay. Any takers for the free stay voucher? Luckily, none of us got any bites.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked that there was a breakfast on site. Good central location. Easy in and out with ample parking.
Cons: Meager breakfast. Under cooked bacon. Seven strands of hash browns. Since my room was located near the end of the hall, the back door entrance would have been convenient, but the card reader was busted.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great staff, strong wireless, free parking, included breakfast.
Cons: Things broken and dirty. Broken: backside of the hotel, ice machine, soda machine. Dirty: bathroom floor, wash cloth (see photo), carpet in the restaurant, pillowcase.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean room...fabulous air conditioner, quiet
1.0 Poor
Pros: There was nothing to like about this hotel. Whatever star rating you give this hotel is not worthy of that. For a 3 story hotel it had only one luggage rack that was build in 1902. It is a dark gloomy hotel. In the morning there Is no staff @ the desk
Cons: A breakfast was included. On the menu they state the warning about raw food and then they have the nerve to serve you a piece of bacon that the complete strip is nearly all raw. Ordered over eggs & one came out broken. Menu stated hash browns & were not
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and made sure we had a good stay. Rooms were huge and very clean and despite being on the main road through town it was very quiet

4.6 Okay
Pros: It was available and on the cheaper side, still not cheap enough for what we got.
Cons: Communication is a big problem. Also staff doesn't appear to understand common hotel practices here in the U.S. They asked for a cash deposit at check in and were content to take whatever cash we had available - which happened to be $8. They did not refund it at checkout, and we forgot to ask. We booked the family room and paid more - it was not worth the extra as it was just as cramped as a normal 2 queen room.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: The breakfast was only Bread and Peanut Butter with only one knife for everyone to use, and cereal ?, A/C only had one temp. and fan speed and wasnt cool, The ceiling Fan shook so bad you couldnt turn it on, The Tub wouldnt drain so you stood in a foot of water trying to shower, The shower curtain was only half the size of the tub so the floor got too wet,

Cons: Everything.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The property as expected, was old, and dingy. We were in town for a race and all other properties were full at the time we reserved.
Cons: I was told I had until September 4th to cancel. Which apparently meant that I had to cancel by midnight on the 3rd. When I try to cancel my reservation thr morning of the 4th, it was denied. I expected an older roadside Motel, the broken tile in the bathroom was pretty gross though.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The poor plumbing.
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. Newest and nicest Motel 6 that I have ever been to, but these positives were greatly overshadowed by the negatives.
Cons: Extremely noisy, lack of soundproofing and also crowded. Small room, hard bed. Had a very poor night's sleep for nearly $140! The most I have ever paid for a Motel 6. No coffee in the room.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was closed when we got there due to the hotel not having a permit. We were told there would be coffee between 630 and 9 am and there was no coffee made. We tryed dringing the front office but no one amswerd

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The drawers were broken, the room was filthy, beds were hard and didn’t smell clean
Cons: All of it
3.4 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel is run down and dirty. Appropriate for the price.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It sure would have been nice to use the pool & hot tub ( both were CLOSED ) . My last night the heater did not work , I mentioned it to staff at check out , his remark was " oh ya" . Really . I don't think that was the proper response AT ALL ! I would AVOID this place !
6.7 Good
Pros: Dog
Cons: Dog friendly and reasonably priced. More people travel with pets now and many hotels chains do a poor job of filling the need at affordable prices. Lady at check in was very friendly and helpful.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The desk person was very apologetic that they sold our room and did not have two queen room to substitute
Cons: They sold our room on a very busy weekend and we had a hard time finding another one. We had to buy a cot for my child to sleep on. We rented this hotel because it had a pool only it was closed due to being inspected by the state.
6.3 Good
Pros: Check in was easy and the room was clean. The woman working the front desk was professional and nice.
Cons: More than half of the outlets in our room didn’t work, which is a bummer in the day and age where we rely on cell phones for alarm clocks. We had to plug them in in the bathroom because I couldn’t find one that worked anywhere else in the room. The room wasn’t very quiet, and the heater would either blow full force or not at all, so we had to decide between being much too cold, or majorly over heating.

Pros: The man at the a front desk check in was great!
Cons: I just want to start off by saying seriously can you at least update the listing property. When was the rooms throughly updated. I worked at the Nights Inn 17 years ago and the rooms are the same. The beds are hard and definitely not Queen Size. More like Full Size. The linens where scratchy and smelled strongly of antitceptics and Bleach. The pillows are so flat that why bother using them. How clean they are not sure. Seriously think I got an eye infection from them. Unable to sleep properly due to this is not a hotel for just out of towners. This also hosts locals who live there with their families and are running in and out all damn night. Upon walking into our room it was just cleaned and not aired out and again the strong smell of chemicals hit as soon as you opened the door. The bathroom sink constantly dripped all night long at a steady pace no matter if you used the sink or not. The mini fridge was not cleaned out and had some mold it. Inside the bathroom the towel rack is not properly secured and is basically hanging there. The wall by the toilet and toilet paper holder had what I assumed was blood or boogers or worse. I don’t really want to speculate. I could of gotten better sleep in my damn car then in that room.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The outside of the hotel looked nice.
Cons: The bedding hadn't been washed, the bathroom was ice cold, the toilet was broken, leaking and constantly running and we couldn't flush it and the staff refused to fix it until after check out after 3 days and wouldn't move us to another room.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: This hotel was super ghetto, pictures online make it look like a decent place but all the beds looked like they were still from the 80’s. The bed frames were literally just 2x8’s in a square.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Definitely a budget room, which was expected. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly, but when we checked in there was only one towel in the room, no wash cloths or hand towels even. There was also no garbage can and the very end of one roll of toilet paper. All were easy enough to solve, but I travel a lot and I’ve never experienced basic misses like th we before. Housekeeping clearly wasn’t at their best when prepping our room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Walls were thin. Noisy neighbors. No conditioner provided. Only one tiny bar of soap was provided. The table looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING!!!!
Cons: The rooms smelled so bad. The carpet was so dirty I wouldn't walk on it without shoes and the chairs were the same. The bathroom door didn't even fit and wouldn't close. There were holes and paint missing on the walls. To many undesirable people just hanging around outside. even with our vehicle locked I still worried about someone breaking into it!! Don't waste your money at this place!!!
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean. Good value for general area of country and time of year.
Cons: Tepid water temperature for 9 am shower.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: The hotel was so rundown and I did not want to touch much. There was a cockroach in the room - cigarette butt in the toilet. Breakfast was poor. Couch was filthy. It was a really bad experience overall. I could hardly sleep.

Pros: Loved the full hot breakfast, and option of a baked potato in the evening. Pool facilities were wonderful. Nice and warm for a cool day.
Cons: Bedding wasn't provided originally for the sofa bed in our room. With booking for 6 people I assumed bedding would already be in the room upon arrival. After talking with front desk and going down to get bedding it still was a little frustrating that we had to list every single item we would like.

Pros: convenient location, good breakfast
Cons: the owner requires that the guest provide their cell phone number "for use in an emergency" this is ridiculous... the last thing I need is calls from another spammer... it took some persuasion, but the front desk person agreed to put down
5.0 Okay
Cons: The smoke alarm went off every hour causing me to get about 3 hours of sleep before driving 8 more hours the next day. The front desk offered me a free piece of candy for my trip to make up for it then charged me 230 dollars for one night stay in an outdated hotel.
