Pros (+) Great reception upon arriving. Quick check in. Great property, i.e., clean, conveniently located, clean room, great breakfast and just overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay and not wanting to spent more of their budget on a hotel stay than necessary. My choice on my next visit to Richmond.

Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable.. the mattress was hard, the pillows were flimsy, and the blanket was too thin. The hotel pool area and breakfast area were packed with kids so we did not use either.
