There was nothing good to say about this hotel. It was dirty, the cleaning staff was incompetent, the front desk staff was even worse. The breakfast was essentially nonexistent. What was there was nasty. The waffle maker did work, when they finally decided to refill the batter dispenser. We booked a king suite $230 per night) for 3 days thru Kayak but we were given a FULL size bed that we could barely sleep on. We requested several times to be switched to a different room, but they couldn't do it. They would have to get someone to get back with us. No one ever got back with us. The maid came in to "clean" but all she did was take our bath towels. No replacement towels, no making the bed, emptying the trash, nothing! Except taking our perfectly usable bath towels. We had to chase down a maid in the hall every morning so we could take showers. The carpeting was disgusting. On one occasion, there was a pile of vomit in the hall that was there for half a day. Unfortunately, since we went thru Kayak, our room was non refundable. So we just tried to stay away from the hotel as much as possible and only used it to sleep (the sheets seemed to be clean).
Outside entrance was unkept, front desk person was not happy I scheduled thru kayak. Gave me no option on room type. Bathroom was not clean. Overall appearance of hotel not being kept up. Coffee pot in room was broken, I was told to live with it.
Pros. Room was clean, staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was good.
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. Rooms were clean and we'll maintained and breakfast was a nice touch 8n the morning.
