Staff needs to improve their Coustemer service. Vehicles need to be clean. Overall very disappointing.

Would of been nice if they had actually charged the price they quoted. Even better would have been if they had paid the unpaid tolls on this vehicle instead trying to stick me with someone else's tolls. Very dismissive when told about the unpaid tolls.

Pros:

Rockford airport Avis personnel don’t care about customers. Allegiant airlines moved my flight to come in at 8pm. Avis employees would not stay or come in so I could pick up a rental car. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avis doesn’t care !!!!!

Cons:

Had an employee stay allowing Me to rent / pick up a car.

The left turn signal did not work, I think it was a bad bulb. Every time we made a left the turn signal sound would be very rapid.
