Cons:
Drop off parking lot was not well marked for specific rental company. The lot was exposed to bad weather and was icy when I arrived. The walk to the main entrance was challenging.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Rockford airport Avis personnel don’t care about customers. Allegiant airlines moved my flight to come in at 8pm. Avis employees would not stay or come in so I could pick up a rental car. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Avis doesn’t care !!!!!Cons:
