Pros: Everything was so good! Very nice property! Great front end staff! Very friendly and helpful. Only draw back was the loud traffic in the first room, but your staff helped us get a much quieter room! The beds were so comfy, affording a great nights rest! The ladies in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful...

Pros: it was in a cool, old building. Love the brick and wood floors everywhere and the hotel bar was excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for those who want to be within walking distance to everything that makes up Rome. The room was like a nice multi-functional apartment, bigger than my first. It had somewhat of a loft apartment feel, especially the walls and floors. We made great use of the kitchen table, playing some epic card games. Our room had a full service, fully furnished kitchen, including a full size refrigerator and microwave. I could list all of the amazing restaurants in town but there are too many to name. Our favorite is Harvest Moon. These are not fly-by-night places. A lot of these restaurants have been there for decades. Broad Street is beautiful and, again, you can walk to everything. The staff was very accommodating and courteous and very quick to respond to a couple of requests. The complimentary breakfast was great. You won't go hungry. It is the best hotel in town. We'll be back.
Cons: No USB ports for charging phones but we brought our plugs just in case so it wasn't really an issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cool use of turn of century factory.
Cons: Loved the entire experience.

Pros: Pool, breakfast, staff....were awesome
Cons: The carpet had something on it that made my baby's feet turn black ...like ink or grease or something.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent - great facilities for all. Breakfast area was large, liked the large breakfast island for parties of 1 to eat rather than take up a whole table. Had nice series of hot and cold foods and beverages. Great staff working in all areas, especially housekeepers and breakfast staff.
Cons: Shower curtain not my likes - prefer transparent or different colors other than white. Did not like the yogurt drinks? I guess that's what they were. Not good at all.

Then they let me know that I was getting charged a 150.00 when I checked in and I didn't know that either and it has NEVER be refunded back either. I checked out early because I didn't like the feeling of being over charged nor being charged a 150.00 deposit when I had to get ready in front of my guest that was staying in the room with me. I was under the assumption that it was separated dressing mirror I had to do my hair and makeup

7.5 Good
Pros: Front desk was super nice.
Cons: The parking lot - someone hit our front fender of our truck. The spaces were too close.
5.4 Okay
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: The property was dated and the furnishings were dated. The walls in the rooms were painted a dark almost purple color and the lamps had low wattage bulbs. You could barely see in the room. There were nail clippings on the carpet showing that the carpet had not been vacuumed between guests. There was a huge centipede that made an appearance. I was unable to kill it before it disappeared into some crack or crevice. Lastly the floor in the room was not level. There was a distinct slope in the room. To validate this I put a marble down and watched it roll quickly from one side of the room to the other.

Pros: Breakfast sucked.
Cons: We didn't like the filthy room. The lack of toilet paper and tissues. The stopped up toilet that I had to clear myself. The mattress that was better suited to be near a dumpster where it should've been 5 yeas ago it was so badly worn-out.
