Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport, Union Square, and local attractions. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned that rooms were small and, in some cases, noisy due to poor soundproofing or external sources. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, but room size and noise could be improved.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Single bed room for 110 after taxes. Decent.
Cons (-) My room had a funny order. Not sure if all rooms were like that.
Pros (+) You can't beat the location. It's one block away from Macy's and the Powell St cable car stop. Major shopping stores are all within walking distance.
Cons (-) The room is quite small.
Pros (+) New lobby area.
Cons (-) AC was broken so we couldn't sleep. We informed front desk but it was no surprise and they just said sorry without doing anything else for us.
