The hotel serves as a living memorial for military service members and offers first-class accommodations to its guests. In addition to exceptional lodging services, the hotel also offers delicious dining and spectacular views of the city. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and offers an inviting atmosphere.

138 exceptional guest rooms are offered at the hotel along with elegant and spacious suites. A rooftop restaurant and bar serve guests with delicious bites to eat and savory handcrafted cocktails to enjoy while unwinding from a long day of exploring the city. A 564-seat Marines' Memorial Theater is also located inside of the hotel and was once home to the legendary Actors' Workshop. Luxurious ballrooms inside of the hotel can be used for events and meeting spaces to properly accommodate large crowds and companies. The hotel welcomes both club members and guests who are traveling for business, leisure, or social events in the San Francisco area.

Membership to join the club is open to all military service members who honorably served or are active members in one of the branches of the United States military.
