Cons. Bad neighborhood Light in bathroom was controlled by a motion sensor which kept turning on and off all night long. I paid over $300 for this room because I was in town for a conference and everything within 3 miles was sold out. If I had it to do over again I would book at a nice property that was actually worth paying the premium for. Lesson learned.
