Great service, mostly English-compatible (note that in Brazil, that's actually a bit rare), nice quiet gym with gorgeous balcony overlooking city, good sized and well-appointed room, clean and friendly overall. Weak food service (made up for by the fact that some of the best food in Sao Paulo is right there), tiny TV.
The location was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful the gym was small and poorly equipped; the glass door in the bathroom was dirty; the food was just OK (but the coffee and juice was excellent)
Good location for the purpose of my business trip
prompt service It was promissed in the reservation to have hobebath and the hotel do not suply it.
The Itaim Bibi neighborhood is safe and lively. Plenty of good restaurants to eat and drink at. The hotel staff was absolutely appalling, though. I was shocked at how rude someone who voluntarily works in the service industry could be, especially when it seemed due to the fact that I was speaking English. Hello, you are a clerk at an international hotel, in an international city! What do they expect? One woman, though, came from the back and kindly assisted me. She gets 5 stars. The rest of them, rude, unprofessional, and singlehandedly assured that I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone ever again. This hotel is disgusting. Giant, black stains all over my carpet. Not clean at all. The pictures aim to trick you! No air conditioning, the room was stuffy and hot. I had to leave the balcony open at all times, just to breathe. With warm weather outside, it meant I was never fully comfortable. The people at the front desk made me feel like I was a problem because they didn't speak English. So rude, acted like they didn't want to help customers. I don't require tons of attention and service, just courteous behavior as anyone would expect. Not available here. No hotel information in room. No idea how to get laundry done, use internet, hotel services directory. Nothing. This place is a complete joke. Breakfast was disgusting, too.
location, free parking, friendly staff. I thought the price was too much. I[ve stayed at much better hotels for the same price
Internet was free.. Breakfast was good No iron.. No microwave, no coffee machine
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay -- answered questions from food in the area, sites to visit, safety of the city, how early to arrive at the airport, anything you can think of! None
hotel was well located in the center, clean rooms good breakfast but we had an issue about the airport transfer. they indicate that they have airport transfer but then they charge you 100brl for the transfer. they charge for airport transfer even if its not indicated on the hotel details.
Staff was helpful regarding information about the city, as far as they understood. I was promised an extension of my stay for the same price. Next day the reception refused it. I checked out, and I shall not return. Most of the reception staff cannot understand basic English, nor Spanish, nor 'Portanhol'. They are therefore not suitable for a 4-star hotel in Brazil's key business city.
Clean, fare, good breakfast with fresh fruits. Being a flat it has separated bedroom and living room and a I missed an air conditioned in the living room an a microwave oven. Really weird eggs int the breakfast.
Very adecuated location
Well located, good pool Loud construction that began in the building in the morning, very very small bathroom (barely enough space for one person), tiny beds, virtually no amenities in the bathroom, Poorly lit hallways
location in Jardim Air Condition to low
location , room size , beds very confortable only the bathroom was very small .
Roof top swimming pool and view from roof top.
Basic facilities, clean, location, friendliness of staff. Positive general atmosphere. Expensive internet service. No many informations about attractions and what to do in Sao Paulo.
staff tried hard and location good pretty worn out. not 5 star facility as advertised.
Clean hotel with good facilities Expensive, with charges for everything. Local calls were very expensive. I was charged more than $50 for a few local phone calls. Most expensive I have seen across the globe.
This is a modern, international hotel with english-speaking staff. Our room was spacious although the toilet/shower area was quite small. Breakfast was very good with superb fresh fruit and a mix of cold and hot meats etc. Staff were invariably helpful. We found that there wasn't enough storage space in the room. We were, however, in the hotel for 7 nights so we came with quite a lot to store.
Location, friendliness of local staff, ositive general atmosphere. There should be more brochures, magazines, books on tourism attractions and what to do in Sao Paulo. There were none available in rooms or lobby. Staff should be better informed of addresses (restaurants, coiffeurs, etc).
Modern hotel, in upmarket, safe, area of S.P. Twenty-plus floors with good gym and pool on the roof. Good facilities in room and balcony (only up to tenth floor). Powerful shower, comfy bed, good breakfast with short-order cook on eggs, waffles and pancakes. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. This could just be me, but I got more mossie bits in one night at the hotel than in the 10 previous days all round Sao Paulo and Rio states...despite my "jungle strength" spray! Beware!
They only have internet at 64K. If you want more bandwidht you have to pay R$30 per day for 512K.
The fitnees center, restaurant and service.
Awesome view from Estaiada Bridge in São Paulo and location. Staff always kind. Recommended!
Room with fair square footage and comfortable bed Room wasn't neat Bed poorly made Room had a rugged carpet Bad shampoo No golf channel
it was ok elevators
Room size was very comfortable; balkony is a plus
Comfortable Rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff nothing to complain about
to provide the rooms with wireless internet and increase the internet speed
The staff is very friendly and attentious. Very relaxing, with all the infra structure.
At night the reception team is not so motivated and enthusiastic, but the girls during the day are fantastic.
The very high standard of service the hotel delivers When I arrived, the hotel was under overbooking, therefore I had to be transferred for another hotel, for the first night.
Very well located, excellent room (large, clean and comfortable), delicious breakfast and a superbly efficient and cordial staff. I strongly recommend.
Very good location, comfortable hotel, price-quality outstanding, friendly staff Partially staff lacks on qualification
no wifi in the room. the cable internet was charged and very slow
no gym- they make you wait even if the hotel is empty if you want to check up before 12 or they offer you to check in and they charge an extra day. breakfast is not included , when in Brazil even a 1 star flat gives you breakfast. No gym.
Hotel room and amenities are nice. Anything extra is quite expensive, but then most 5 star hotels are that way, and Sao Paulo IS an expensive city. If you're there for business, it's well located, they have meeting rooms, and all services required.
Hotel is very good, new and well located.
We loved the bed and the shower. Breakfast was delicious.
Friendly staff. Good location. Good shower. Dirty carpets in the corridor and in the room. Also curtains were dirty.
That hotel was good. The room was nice, and the sheets were so clean. The stuff was very kind. That place was not convenient to go to other spot. .
nothing to be mentioned the room is big but not nice. the localization is in a very busy area and the window's view isn't good. it's also noisy. it's too noisy to have the windows opened.
You have the best restaurant, with exceptional selection and quality.
The location near the centre of banking and commercial companies was excellent. Also it is only a short walk to a very large shopping complex, and nearby streets have a good range of restaurants. Large modern room. Very good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.
Quality of the room, facilities, bed, cleanness Swimming pool
Good location. One person at the front desk to take care of all the guests.
Food, accommodations, and staff were excellent!
service is good, the location is very conveninent
People at the reception able to speak english, convenient for foreigners
in the night because of loud music i cannot sleep make your rooms atleast sound proof for one side
The hotel is comfortable for the price.
Outstanding location. Great stuff. Nice room. The wall paper should be changed
Excellent location, and very customer friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit poor for the price they charge.
Efficient service from all - check-in staff, porters, maintenance staff, etc.TV cable came lose, maintenance person in room within 3 minutes of call. Stupid, unfriendly lifts.
Very well located, close to Avenida Nações Unidas, a backbone to cross São Paulo and access every region. The Estanplaza is a nice Hotel, with noise level incredibly low. Nice bedroom, nice King size bed. Nice living room. Loved the rotary TV table that can be used either at the living room or bedroom. At the check out moment, the cashier wanted to charge us an extra tax (like US$20) for my wife, as she was telling us the room rate was for a single person. I explained that I made reservations thru Booking.com and the rate I was paying was referring to 2-people. There was a rate for 3-people (my son was in Sao Paulo that night and he could stay there also) which I didn't use. The Booking.com rate only was accepted after I show to the cashier, my Booking.com printout. Everything was dealt with care and education, but having to show proof of my words annoyed me. In some way, communication between Booking.com and Estanplaza is not working.
Very friendly people, I liked my stay
