Pros: We only stayed one night but if we had visited Sao Paolo for longer, we would have enjoyed staying here even more. Staff, in particular, Patricia was lovely and very helpful. The place is really clean and comfortable, internet was good, there were ample sockets for charging, and the place had felt very secure. There was nice communal space and good facilities in the kitchen and outdoor terrace. It was easy enough to catch public transport to and from the apartment, nearby small grocery store, and the pizza place downstairs was super yummy too!

Pros: We only stayed one night but if we had visited Sao Paolo for longer, we would have enjoyed staying here even more. Staff, in particular, Patricia was lovely and very helpful. Cons: Towels weren't available on our arrival but they tried their best to give us the small size of towels. Just bring your towels in case.

Cons: It is an older property that was designed for "brief encounters" shall we say. Many things are broken or simply do not work. That was disappointing.
