Best possible location two blocks from Paulista and the MASP metro stop. You need to be near a Metro in SP because taxis could get caught in traffic jams. Everything about his property is first rate--a true 4 star. Also, a spectacular breakfast space. There is nothing to dislike. It's the best possible place to stay in SP--and the price is right!
Location, room and Staff! internet connection should improve. Also a Business would be a Plus!
it is close to paulista ave. and the area were is located is nice. very old hotel, carpets and deco old. room was not so clean, but it was larger than i espected.

the receptionist speaks fluent english and is very helpfull . The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Av.Paulista . The hotelrooms are large and clean. The restaurant is very good. we were in the hotel during the winter and the breakfast room inside is not large enough for all guests, so we had to sit outside in the garden, which was cold and not comfortable.

They had an English speaking staff member who was very helpful!! The location was very convenient, a few blocks from Metro and MASP museum. Nice neighborhood restaurants also including Subway and Domino's Pizza all within walking distance. The room was very clean, roomy, had cable TV, the bed pretty comfortable, had a desk area, overall very nice for the price, would stay again!!! Also the breakfast buffet was very good and plenty to eat! No complaints at all!
Hotel was excellent, staff was amazing, especially Fillipe who helped me out loads. A mistake was made to my booking and I was upgraded. This hotel is a true 5 star experience... and it charges 5 star rates... however, I thought the 5 star rates were competitive with other 5 star hotels. Everything really was to the expected standard so I give it full marks. I was traveling all around Brazil and by the time I got to Tivoli I had some laundry to do. It cost me 430 reais to do a white and dark load... wooops!!! I should have checked that they were charging 10 reais to wash a little pair of underwear... (may as well just buy new stuff for that price). Bit exorbitant to say the least!

A neat, nicely decorated, wall placed hotel in the center of the city, not two minutes walking from the busy Av. Paulista and the MASP museum. It's safe to walk around both during daytime and night. The staff is efficient and good humoured, though they indulge themselves a bit to much in ocasions. The spa, gym and restaurants ara A-class but a bit too expensive. I would have appreciated some all-inclusivce offers as to take more advantage to what the premises have to offer. Excellent on the whole, though.
Perfect location in Jardins. Excellent facilities (gym, pool...). Good breakfast buffet with most helpful staff. Upon early arrival (just a couple of hours), I was told I would be charged for an early check-in, which I agreed to. However, I did not find fair that they would charge exactly the same daily rate offered at booking.com.

Location It feels like you're in a two star hotel, but you are actually paying for a five star. They do not provide free water in the rooms. The rooms are outdated and there is chipped wood on the doors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely location, near shops, restaurants, etc. The little outdoor heated pool amongst sofas etc was very pleasant. I was able to do some work seating in the sunshine, excellent for Londoners. The common areas are trendier than the actual rooms which are bit traditional. Overall a pleasant stay. Little niggles: no printed list of numbers/hotel facilities; spa was ridiculously expensive; kettle was provided but no cups/tea/coffee; hairdryer plug didn't fit in the bathroom plug, had to go out with wet hair (in fact there was a knack to fitting it but some of the staff did not know it); my room was very small, and lastly it was clear that they saved a bit on the hotel refurb as some of the...
Spoke good English at reception. Also reception was very helpfull. Breakfast was very good, accept for the hot water for tea. It wasn't really hot and difficult to explain to staff, because they only spoke Portuguese.

Location in Jardins, a bit outside of the main shoping area, all in waking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free internet at the low, but sufficient for e-mailing and web surfing speed. The hotel rooms are comfortable, bed and bathroom clean, however the carpet in my room was worn out with a lot of dirty stains. The furniture is somewhat 'old' for European standards.
Good location in the Jardins district. The Hotel was comfortable and the room was a decent size. Lots of restaurants nearby, particularly Japanese. The hotel wasn't really that close to the Avenida Paulista but was still reasonable central. No iron in the room. Needed to spend 15 reais every time you needed something pressed. The hotel staff were friendly enough but not really informative about nearby amenities and restaurants.

I stayed only one night at this hotel. Everything was up to the level expected for this type of hotel. Staff was very nice and spoke excellent English (at the desk but not in the restaurant though); room was very clean and spacious; bathroom was a bit smaller but well designed and space-efficient; restaurant food was very good as was the location because it was near the main shopping street - Paulista Avenue. The only negative thing I could say is that the pool at the top floor was dirty but I guess it had to do with the fact that the weather was not nice and it was not possible to use it anyway so they did not think that cleaning would make sense.
Location. Location. Location. The internet service hardly worked, even after several extended phone calls with a 3rd party provider. Also, I was promised (according to Booking.com) to be given a double bed room, but in fact I got a twin bed. Double ben was substantially more expensive and not even available. I was also asked to pay for all 13 nights upon arrival, which made me very subspicious. I decided to only pay for one night. I left the hotel after the first night.
location, close to clinicas metro station, many buses on av.reboucas, near to paulista, near to pinheiros lock on door - doors need to be slamed when exiting to be able to close

Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location. Good and fast internet for no extra charge. The look of the corridors was a bit dated, some of the furniture in the room a bit worn - this did not cause any problems but influences the general impression of the hotel.
Wonderful location close to shops on Oscar Freire and restaurants like Figuera. They could not accomodate us for an early check-in despite requesting this in advance. The bell hops we excellent for storing our bags and bringing them up to the room. We did not make it to breakfast before it was over but did appreciate the free drink in the hotel bar.

A nice hotel with a very willing staff, though I sometimes wondered about their training--a couple of mix-ups regarding my check-out, checking minibar just after I arrived and then 2 times the next day. Very good breakfast incl. Good advice about free shuttles to restaurants. Jardins is a good area, but not really close to much. Several restaurants nearby, though, one 24/7 with buffet. Has spa, pool. Your rate was good, but everything else there is expensive. Internet cards are quite expensive.
The location and breakfast. Services make no difference between tourists and business people. The previous user of the room left a bunch of hair on the bath tube wall. I did not wash it out and left it there. The hair was still there 8 days later when I left. I asked for a flat iron 3 times and finally got one on the 3rd day. But what was really anoying was the letter received in the middle of the week asking me to go down and pay my bill up to that point. The clerk has a a story to tell you that goes like this: "our system automatically issues this letter everytime a room bill reaches 1000 reais (about 500 dollars). We have no control o n the system and this partial payment is optional...bla bla bla". Since he said it was optional I asked to pay the entire bill at the last day. Well, the clerk did not allow me to leave without paying. My access to the room would not be renewed if I didn't. I then asked them to tell me why they do not inform this specific rule on the web site or when a guest checks in. They did not answer that question. I encouraged them to be honest and transparent with their guest and inform this rule right from the first day and on the reservation page.
Staff was professional, and did not charge me for an overnight guest as many other hotels in Brazil do. The elevator is a little slow, and the free Internet is now only for 20 minutes -- but the Internet fee is stil extremely reasonable.
I have stayed at the GTPP many times, and love it. The staff is friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean and modern. Some of the cable channels have static, the signal is not clear. That's the only thing I can complain about.

location in the center of Jardin. Staff friendliness (though they offered a taxi to airport which was too expensive). I was worried by some reviews about the hotel being sub-standard. It is certainly not very luxorious, but for the money you pay, it is good for one or two nights.
Conveniently located near Paulista Avenue in a safe and nice neighbourhood. Friendly reception staff, clean spacious rooms. A lot of noise coming in the room from the hall ways and the neighbour rooms. Because a lot of airline crew is staying in this hotel, it is noisy night and day. Will not stay again in the hotel for this reason.
The check out time, which incidentally they presented me with the check out bill 3 days before my reservation and I was leaving that day because myself and my nephew did not sleep for 2 nights we stay there as the amount of noise, banging, screaming and other items ( I guess building is poorly built as it transfers noise more than usual, even with the type of " heavy use" by call girls and other heavy users. The hotel is really a " business" hotel whereas it is a headquarters for call girls to meet and do business with clients. The room I was in ( not only me but my nephew could not sleep even after I took 2 prescription sleeping pills!) was very noise as well as you would hear as if it was in the same room, beds banging, screaming, water running down and flushing and so on. I did complaint to front desk ( Ms. Gabriela on duty ) and she said on the first day they had other complaints but room next door had left. Unfortunately, that was not the only case! The only thing I require when using a business hotel is a good bed and clean room! This was a disgrace!

Apartment a little bare of carpets/rugs and there were no Hangers for cloths in wardrobes. Otherwise good.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I think the reviews I read about the smalleness of the room, the bad food etc are unlucky personal experiences. I found the breakfast and dining in the restaurant both excellent.The location is perfect. I did not like the fact that there was no way of making coffee or toast in the kitchen. There was not even a knife to make a sandwich.
Location. We always stay at Jardins and this was the only hotel availalbe. This was not good value for the money.

Roomy accomodations and great location close to shopping in a nice area. I liked the fact that it had a balcony and a kitchenette. Breakfast was acceptable but the food I ordered from the restaurant for dinner was terrible. I ordered dinner from room service one night and could not even eat it. It was fish and vegetables and tasted and smelled so bad I threw up. When I told the front desk, they did not offer to take it off my bill.
Locality and ease of walking to main shopping areas. Staff do not speak English . Front office manager was the only English speaker. Restaurant food was not good. Noisy neighbors with doors slamming at night. Nothing luxury about the luxury room.
The rooms need updating, and for the price, it is much better value to stay at a Mercure or similar. The assets are the top floor restaurant (view) and gym facilities. Overpriced for the quality of the room. I think the term "Luxury/VIP" used for rooms is quite misleading. This extra charge is basically only for a television/DVD combination, it seems. I was expecting a better room than the standard ones. This was not the case.

It is well located, near interesting business and shopping areas in Sao Paulo. A bit far from the nearest Metro station. The hotel looks a lot more luxurious from the outside than it really is in the inside. The rooms look a bit oldish and the hall ways need some painting. They should have free internet and not charge for it on a 24 hour basis.
it was in a good region of city and close to touristic places. I tried once having dinner in the restaurant and the food was too salty. The hotel didnt have a pool (had a small pool which is only for playing)
