Pros: Any positives were drowned by the horrible rude staff at reception and housekeeping issues.
Cons: 1. Upon arrival, I lugged my own baggage into the hotel as 3 members of staff stared at me blankly. Not even a welcoming hello or offer to assist. One young male threw a card machine my way and advised me to “pay now”. Charming. What a welcome. Safe to say there were no smiles on either side. 2. When we got into our room, we were welcomed with a large toenail clipping from the previous resident. I called down to reception to highlight this disgusting discovery, and the woman said “ok”. No apologies, nothing. 3. I emailed the hotel per their complaints policy, and still - no apology or anything for our experience. I’ve emailed them twice since and they do not respond. 4. Used toiletries (little shampoos etc) that we used every day we’re not replaced on a daily basis. Again, highlighted in my email to management that was ignored. Avoid this hellhole at all costs - there are much nicer, cheaper hotels in the area. Do not let the rude staff here ruin your holiday. If you highlight a complaint, they won’t bother responding.

Cons: I forgot my locker in the bathroom just before leaving and nobody returned it. I called a few hours later, but no one had seen it. I know it is not their problem/fault, but I really thought everyone was so nice that it kind of disappointed me

Cons: The rooms are really old they don’t match the property, the shower is rusty the mirrors are rusty the wood is chipped and old. We changed rooms Incase it was just that one but they put us in a worse room. We were travelling all day and the staff don’t speak English so we just had to stay in the bad room because we were just too tired to say anything more.

Pros: The hotel is ok, I was always stay here, but the service now is really bad , some of the staff members are horrible, they even ask for adicional pay for my friend’s visit , which No other hotels do this, the hotel not even have a item of this , but the staff just don’t care. One party got into a car accident and was not able to join us for the weekend so I needed to cancel one of the rooms. I sent a request into booking.com and the hotel was kind enough to cancel the room for free under the circumstances. The rooms were spacious and clean and the shower was incredible! I slept in and didn't make it down to brekky - but our friends let us know that it was ample. We stayed only one night- but will definitely stay again!

Pros: The hotel is at an excellent location, one block away from Paulista avenue, e close to August street, where both offer an amazing nightlife. Quality of the bed of really good and you can't event list too noise coming from the streets around. Breakfast was pretty good, but you should also try the breakfast at Bella Paulista bakery once which is pretty good. When I arrived at my room, it had a bad small coming from the pipes, however, staff could manage to find another room for me in about 30 minutes, and this ones was perfectly fine.

Cons: There is no kitchen for guest to use, only for the staff. There is not really clean, bathroom are small. And you even have to pay a lot extra to get breakfast. There is no vibe, no social life, and the WiFi only works in the reception.

Cons: Some of the toilets are very small and you could find some difficult while having a shower, e.g. they should put more hangers for towels and clothes. Another suggestion is to install a/c in the 8-bed room.

Cons: The rooms are very stuffy, the ventilation is quite bad and because they are so small they get a bit humid at night. It's also a nightclub - hence the name, we didn't realize but luckily we weren't there on the weekend.

Cons: With a couple of exceptions, the staff was not particularly friends and/or helpful. They certainly smiled, but that was it. They didn't go out of their way to answer questions and/or help with basic requests. Rooms are extremely small. They could have achieved a little more comfort for the same investment (e.g., shower). Unlike most hotels, they asked me to pay 1/2 day extra to get into the room 4 hours earlier (my flight arrived in the early morning) and they asked me to pay for baggage storage for the couple of hours after I left. I know it is called "budget". But in reality it was a "cheap". Be ready for that and you'll be happy.

Taxi to property cheated me from CGH by charging me R200..need a voucher system for airport transfers. Taxi to Guarulhos only charged me R60! Name of hotel difficult for people to find, since Alameda just means "Avenue" and several Alamedas in this area.

Cons: Parking was through another street and we were not aware of it when we arrived. As the traffic is busy, it took us another 20 minutes to park and get to the hotel again.

Cons: We were in the second floor and the outside noise was very loud, especially at night. The first night the television did not work, somebody from the staff realized the next day that the remote control needed new batteries. The second and third day we realized that we could not raise the curtain in the living room to go to the balcony, a handyman had to come and repair the lifting assembly.
