Pros (+) It's right next to a Metro
Cons (-) Bad internet connection Poor availability of Taxis below average quality of food as a 5 star hotel

Pros (+) I like the way the bill is processed and relative ease and availability of taxi. The bill was process in RMB, some hotel allow the credit company to bill you in your local currency and charge 3% extra and also incur extra charges in local country due to it. The breakfast has most (not all) pastry up to standard.
Cons (-) Omelette wasn't up to standard, the cheese and ham Omelette didn't have running cheese on it. The hot water temperature wasn't stable in running it, another only 5 star hotel that didn't get it right. I think a international chain hotel should have scramble eggs but they didn't The restaurant at 29th floor next door at 4 Points Sheraton has very bad standard as a 4 star hotel.
