Eli, Oct 2019 - Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre
Pros (+) We booked an executive suite with access to the lounge. All was fantastic. We had breakfast at the lounge and it was very comfortable. The location can’t be better!
Cons (-) Concierge team is not the most customer service oriented. They were not responsive and inpatient.

Bill, Mar 2017 - Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre
Pros (+) There for a business conference. Very good gym. 20 minute walk to the Bund along Nanjing Street, a no cars shopping shopping mall that goes on for blocks. Overall, an excellent hotel and I would stay there again.
Cons (-) Last couple of nights the temp control in the room was not working as effective as it should.
