Location is great, staff were nice Bedding was inferior, restaurant was overwhelmed,
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great food, and fun activities within walking distance! We had our dog with us and he enjoyed his stay too! We especially loved the Westin white tea products!
Make sure you look at the room beforehand. It was TINY.
Staff is awesome Very helpful and friendly. They met every need and then some for my family.
Room very quiet, clean Parking expensive and difficult to access
Place is getting tired. Needs a refresh in the rooms
Bed Cleanlinnes Bed Price
Staff was stiff
Modest accommodations Nothing special for price
The hotel was clean. Check in was fast and the valet service was prompt and attentive. Make them walk the room with you at check out. I was charged a $50 smoking fee when I don't smoke.
This was my first time staying here in years. The room was comfortable and clean. We were in a new renovated room and floor, which enhanced our stay. Norman at the restaurant was great - very attentive and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located and their shuttle/car service was very convenient (they"ll drop and/or pick up within a 3 mile area). I found the rate we paid was excessive compared to the rates I have seen for this hotel in the past.
Very clean and elegant
Love that the hotel has beautiful lush grounds to walk around. Very pleasant staff and clean rooms. We were given a room at the Villa Clara and while a gorgeous building, our dbl beds were too short and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Beautiful hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful Expensive... We ordered room service late one night and didn't get half of it because they had ran out, but no phone call was made to us or given the opportunity to order something else.
Older property that has charm, but for a 5 star hotel the hotel staff falls short of offering a 5 star experience. In addition, because rooms are older, it's hard to find an easily accessible electricity plug to charge your phone at night. In fact, the only one I could find was in the bathroom.
Fantastic place. History and luxury
the Concierge level that I upgraded to as well as the staff!
The hotel is a gem in setting and appearance. The staff exceptionally courteous and helpful. The restaurant and bars amazing My particular room, 1702 needed a slight furniture update, and oddly was short a breakfast order door hang tag and the second day I received no bottled water replacement.
Beautiful grounds! For the price, things didn't seem up to par. Our room wasn't super clean... chair had food stains. Ice room was very dirty and old. Lots of construction around pool area. Room was okay. Bathroom was nicer than the room. Paint, wallpaper, etc. around the hotel need to be updated and cleaned.
The bed too soft & too noise
Lovely grounds and common areas There were no blankets for extra bed.
Liked everything! Especially the complimentary shuttle service.
Love the bathtub and heated toilet seat. King size bed so comfortable. The cost of the deposit and hold on the room was over $600!!!
The room was spacious, modern, luxurious and clean. The bed was comfortable with good sheets and pillows. The bathroom was gorgeous tile with a really nice showerhead and good lighting. The air/heat was easy to control, the fridge/coffee maker were great and the electronics charging was a great bonus. Front desk staff and valet were really friendly. Have a less expensive self-parking option.
Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Close to Paseo and to Old town. The staff was super friendly. The placement of the bathrooms were a little strange. No real privacy, so odd for newer couples.
The hotel is located in a recently renovated 7 story 1920/30's building in downtown Pasadena. Close to banks, restaurants and shopping. Décor is chic modern. Due to it's newness, rooms and public spaces were very clean, fresh and attractive. The hotel has expansion plans for this year to include a centrally located pool area. Staff was very friendly. Parking is strictly valet and off site. I did not use the restaurant or bar areas and my stay was just 1 night.
I sought a boutique hotel that catered to mostly adults to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. My husband are local to the LA area and familiar with Pasadena, but wanted to escape overnight. We had plans for a fine dinner at Ruth Chris, and dancing after with the Pasadena Ballroom Dance Association. The hotel was perfectly situated for both of these plans and the rest of Old Town was well within reach. We like modern, chic places, and have stayed at such in NYC, Las Vegas and DTLA. Hotel Constance was on par with all of those, if, perhaps, lacking a pool, and a bit more vibrantly populated bar and dining area. Loved the styling, the in room amenities, the quiet of the room itself, and the location for our chosen activities-everything was in walking distance, which added to the romance. A very creative place, staff were cheerful, helpful and engaging. Would certainly make another "staycation" plan based from this hotel. We were only on an overnight, and we did not have a need to use our car. $25 for overnight valet was a pretty stiff charge. We probably could have parked elsewhere for less, but it was offset some by the cute electric shuttle, and the ride we received within an easy radius of the hotel.
One of the few things that makes business travel bearable is finding unusual hotels in attractive locations at reasonable prices. The dusitD2 Hotel Constance is just such a find. Stayed for 1 night on business with 2 colleagues. It's a lovely old building with very extensive recent remodeling. The room, though small, was very thoughtfully laid out with no bathroom wall, but frosted glass doors separating the shower and toilet, tasteful mirroring, two large windows and furniture that made the room seem larger than its square footage. Unlike the lobby, the styling of the room and hallways really works. This does not look like your standard chain hotel. I particularly appreciated the multiple touch pads on the walls to control lighting, heat and air, as well as the bedside tablet also with lighting and hvac controls and helpful information, such as weather. Bed, linens, pillows, two robes all high quality and quite comfortable. Large flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, free wifi, mini fridge, small but workable closet - just don't bring a lot of clothes on hangars.. My room facing the courtyard and next door construction was quiet and private. Use of plantation shutters rather than curtains contributed to the sense of spaciousness, kept out unwanted light and served to dull outside noises. Breakfast in the dining room was pretty good and reasonably priced. All staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant seem "over styled" for my taste. The old Spanish Revival character of the lobby has been sacrificed to a swoopy, white/gold/shocking blue aesthetic that is neither welcoming nor particularly attractive. There is no pool and I did not see an exercise room, but I didn't look, either. Parking was expensive at $25/night. If I had to do a lot of business out of a hotel room, I would not stay here. The open bathroom design would not work well if you are sharing a room with anyone other than an intimate. The desk is small and the desk chair just marginally comfortable.
Bath tub spa. Toilet. Big TV Keurig cups, water bottles, and toiletries were not restocked on regular basis. Studio still felt small.
How modern it was. Parking was a bit pricey.
The staff were fantastic: very friendly and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The in-hotel food was great too. The location is good for CalTech, less than a mile to walk in. I have the impression that the hotel's rate is normally over the GSA limit but this time -- thankfully -- it was not. There's really nothing I didn't like. No microwave but you really don't need one in this location (downtown Pasadena); there are restaurants everywhere.
Clean, courteous and friendly staff Check in with car park is a bit confusing $23 over night parking unnecessary. Pretty safe street parking in surrounding
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The design was fun but also honored the history of the hotel. Great location. No pool but they are going to have a roof top pool at the end of phase 2/ the end of 2016.
Location, breakfast, nice office people. No chair for guests to sit on. Had 2 of our friends visit, but the couch is not enough. Put a small chair in the room.
Overall, the feeling was modern, clean, comfortable, and a place where I could do work as well as relax. The place is under renovation. There are still a few things that needed to be done in the room especially in the bathroom. But they were minor details, that will probably be addressed as they complete the renovation. The shower head was too high.
I liked that they served breakfast that was included I didn't like the fact that, I had to give a $100 deposit up front. That caught me by surprise, which I didn't like. I have gotten best western before and I didn't have those hidden charges. So that left us with $100 less for our weekend and that didn't go well for the kids.
that is was located on Colorado Blvd not far from downtown old Pasadena. too little parking, not very kept up and not well cleaned.
The room and pool seemed clean enough. We rarely let housekeeping in for short stays, so we can't speak to that. Parking lot is terrible. Very small, horribly laid out and the spaces were tiny. Expect dents. The hotel is way overpriced for what you get. Rooms were clean but dated and ugly. The internet connection was spotty at best. We were also given a double queen when we booked a king.
Nice beds (although very high) and pillows. Breakfast was good! The breakfast lady was very friendly and quick at refilling the breakfast! The TV cable was out the whole night and next morning but it wasn't their fault, there was a big storm. They had a cable truck there when we came but it was still never fixed. I think they should have gave us a discount but didnt! no receipt because computer was out...again I'm sure because of the storm!
The stay The reception did not know what to do. Disturbed my stay.
easy freeway access and access to our specific event it was a little run down - TV didn't work right
It was a good experience.
The price ! The only thing this place has going for it is the location!
The service from the valet to check in to to food service was excellent and friendly and very professional. The room was very nice and decorated. Elevator and hallway carpet looked very dated. Room bathroom was unbalanced and boring. Night stand drawer handle needed to be better wiped clean.
Ease of check-in, parking and room location close to parking. Nothing. Great stay.
The Marriott was perfect! Sleek, large, clean comfy room. Mine had a view of the mountains. The location was in the center of the shopping district. Loads of eateries and great shopping.
Water doesn't drain from tub
Location ~ ENTIRE STAFF OF HOTEL !! Pool !!
Enjoyed are stay. It's a great location close to everything in Pasadena.
Clean and comfortable Upon check out I realized the overbilled me. They billed triple the rate promised when booked. Their response was it will take two business days. After hours of my own time I was able to get it corrected
Check, some helpful staff Noisy b/c next to vending machine. Ask to be moved. Wanted me to move everything out before changing rooms. Hard with kids. didn't change rooms. Coffee maker didn't work.
We were staying at the Courtyard for a family wedding. The negotiated group rate was fantastic...$119 per night for Friday and Saturday. The pool became the gathering place for all of us staying at the hotel. Loved the space. It allowed us to spend more time together. The restaurant food was much better than expected. The hotel would not honor the group rate for Thursday night. All of us traveling from the east coast had to fly in Thursday for Friday's wedding events. Service in the restaurant was slow.
Location was decent. Food in the bar was pretty good. The rooms were super outdated and old. Paid for an upgraded room and the bathroom was the size of a very small cabinet. No outlet covers in our room just exposed plugs.
Efficient check in Clean room overall good experience Bar service could be much better
Fast check in, easy parking, courteous and efficient staff. We arrived, had valet parking ($2 difference between valet and self-serve overnight parking cost). Walked right up to desk with no wait. 3 minutes later I had keys in my hand. Room was clean and adequately appointed. In the morning my receipt was waiting for me and a call just before I left my room had my car waiting by the time I was in the lobby. Complete lack of jet packs and flying cars but I've yet to find a hotel with an adequate supply of them.
Front desk staff was sub par.
Room was clean and bed was super comfortable Tub was leaking and it didn't drain well so there was always a collection of water
Heard music in our room coming from outside all night long.... Front desk staff unhelpful and unpleasant.
The location is good! The room. A lot of noise. Horrible view.
I was with a group of teachers in town for a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center, so it was nice that we were within walking distance. I will definitely be staying at another hotel next year. If you wanted internet it cost $10, there was no refrigerator, the girl at the front desk was rude and unhappy to help, the Starbucks on site only served coffee and tea (espresso machine broken), and you could hear the noise from the adjoining rooms.
The beds are clean and comfy The staff was great The bell hopes did everything for you with a smile The bar staff understand your drink needs The front desk staff is quick and good The shower had a clogged drain It was fixed but it was the down side of the trip
Near old town Pasadena and good restaurants The price was a smudge too much
I thought the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. In general, a very pleasant place to stay, and I would stay there again. The hallway by my room smelled musty, like a dog on a rainy day. The price of valet parking and breakfast seemed mysterious to me, poorly explained and arbitrary.
Needs massive refurbishment. Everything old and tired... Furniture, bed, HVAC, you name it. Parking also was $19/$21 for self/valet... too high.
This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel that our friends in Los Angeles strongly recommend us to stay. They also told us that it is a best hotel for Chinese tourists because of its best location. We will choose this hotel for our next trip to the US. For the time being we have no unhappy experience during stay in this hotel
Nice rooms. The web site for the hotel under amenities said free breakfast. We did not get ffree breakfest. Even when I pointed out to the staff and showed Them. They said it was because I booked through a different web site. But under amenities listed is pool workout room and I was allowed to use those amenities. Free breakfast is always a consideration when I book hotels. So I was bummed. Started my day off bad.
Centrally located, friendly staff, knowledgeable people, and rooms were spacious.
If you are in Monterey park for Chinese food, you can't beat staying here. Renovation starts at 9am
The staff was extremely pleasant, and helpful. They greeted me each time, with a genuine smile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good food close by A little far from beaches
Pool was open even with rain and had warm enough water to swim outdoors in 60 degrees weather.
Close to the freeway, making it easy off and on. Near to other eating places and shopping. The breakfast buffet was not that good for the price of $30 plus tip. The service however, was good. The bed were to low, making it difficult to get in and out of the bed. The room was clean and confortable.
The hotel is very quite in nice busness area, safety and secure nearby alot of restarents, The hotel A/C very old type with some noise, The worker in the in the restarent during breakfast time they are not to the level for trealing the people
Location Torn carpet, mold in bathroom, very low beds (typical of water beds in the 70s) noisy fan on heat pump, expensive breakfast buffet. We will not stay again.
I had a small issue ( the room next door was having some kind of party) normally I'd go with the flow... But I'd been in Vegas all week for work and i just wanted some peace and quiet. I called downstairs, they moved me from the 5th to the 9th floor and gave me 2 drink vouchers. Great price, I stayed in a hotel the night before at 2 times the price and it wasn't half as nice. I will be staying at the Doubletree Monrovia next time I'm in LA.
It was so nice everything about this hotel was great . Has been me and my boyfriend's favorite hotel up to now . Everytime we go there we get great rooms . And there service is great as well There wasn't one thing I didn't like about this hotel . The only thing I wish that this hotel and other hotels offered was making a reservation online being able to get the options to there guest once arriving if they want to pay cash or with a credit card but it automatically charges a credit card upon making a reservation online .
Big room, free vending machine, free breakfast.
The location is great for us. We visit Los Angeles often and like to have a last night on the far northeast side of town so our drive back to Las Vegas is shorter. The breakfast was good. The rooms clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was beyond pathetic. I don't know why, because the pressure in the sinks was fine. Also, there were not enough people working the breakfast. We asked for a straw for the baby, waited ten minutes and then had to hunt down someone else and ask again. It took awhile.
The free cook to order breakfast, evening reception, parking, and wifi... and, the friendly staff. Everyone looked like they enjoyed working there, very efficient and helpful. Comfortable accommodations. The accommodations were roomy, but it may be time for an update to the bathrooms. Our room didn't get cleaned when we stayed multiple days. Perhaps it was because we left our room late, but other hotels usually checked in with us just to make sure.
Ashley at the front desk was so great, also, Diane, the bartender during happy hour, always knows remembers our group and takes great care of us.. we had the shuttle driver Candy drive us to my parent's house and pick up up, and he was very nice I slept on the pullout couch and it was awful
Good service at desk; very clean rooms; location was convenient-easy access to major highways; great variety of shops in the area.
Convenient location, friendly staff, ample parking, multiple breakfast selections and clean rooms Lack of electrical outlets in room and inconsistent location of available outlets
Better value than the Westin in Pasadena where we usually stay. Will make the Hampton Inn in Arcadia our go to hotel when we are visiting family in the area.
Cleanliness and accessibility to resturants, walking distance
We had a warm welcome at this hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast was really good compared to others we've been. It's not expensive and worth every dollar. I really recommend!
The location of the room first floor by the elevator. You heard all the noise. The toilet made a loud noise when used or it run. Told the staff,.,
The location is very convenient. Room is clean and has a microwave. The pool is good. If your skin is very sensitive then stay away. My baby's skin became red and he scratched all night
Forgot a backpack full of clothes r here, even though I didn't get a call from the hotel (even though the staff must have found it and I could have come back for it) when I did call and inquire they said they had found it and will courier it back. Other than that comfortable stay, good breakfast, though the room we had - 413 was small.
Chan, friendly, and accommodating. And a great breakfast to boot.
Nice clean property, free parking, free wi-fi , good breakfast and not too far from Los Angeles universal studios After 9:00 pm almost everything is closed only restaurant open was a place called BJ's food was pretty good with a good selection
Bed was comfortable and clean. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns all across the USA. This one is the worst of the bunch. Staff not friendly .... not once did I see any employee smile. Nobody at front desk for check-in at 630pm, had to wait 4-5 minutes for desk person to arrive. Room was pretty worn-out and dirty, especially the carpet. "Complementary" Wi-Fi was incredibly slow; wanted to download a movie for my flight the following day, took ALL NIGHT to download 30% of the film. Staff would not deliver room receipts under door as with 99% of all other hotels, had to checkout at front desk, desk attendant appeared upset that I was bothering him for my receipt! Breakfast tasted like plastic.. Paid $169 for this quality experience, color me ripped off.
Love Hampton inn always nice
great room and breakfast!
Room smell very bad
Staff seems to be less willing to help when booking through a third party vendor. No hot water in the room. Overall attitude of staff a bit unfriendly.
Thought it was a bit over-priced since it is a bit out from old town and some of the hotels near old town were priced a bit less. Lost satellite signal so could not watch anything on tv
Terrible road noise!!!
Large, clean room, comfortable bed I think I should have been told that work was being planned for the front of the hotel. Carrying heavy gear around the corner to the side entrance was very inconvenient. Could not take advantage of the breakfast offered because I had to leave for work before breakfast started. Need to expand hours to accomodations earlier hours.
The staff will n the restaurant was pretty rude
Upon arrival had to wait about 30 minutes to check in due to reception staff running the nigh audit. Not a nice experience to wait for half an hour to check in at a hotel at 1:00 am. For some reason, they had us checking out a day earlier than set reservation. This led to our room being re-keyed and not made for when we returned at 10 pm after a day of being out and about. Not a good experience to show up to a hotel room with beds not made and towels on the bathroom floor.
The fruit infused water in the lobby!
Great location next to civic center and Paseo de Colorado. Walking distance to popular areas of Pasadena. Bed was very comfortable, and I loved that it had a refrigerator and an iron in room so I didn't have to wait for someone to bring one. Room had been updated nicely. Staff was helpful and friendly. Staid, corporate looking hotel, not a charming boutique hotel. Pool area and fitness area were small - felt a bit cramped. There was a huge area next to hotel that was just a vacant plaza. Not sure if it was on hotel property, but if so, should make use of this for nice patio or larger pool area. Exterior and hallways could use a refresh like the room had - that looked worn or dated. Good hotel, but could be much better, given its great location.
We needed a hotel in downtown Pasadena and the Sheraton was centrally located. The rooms had everything that we needed, including a mini refrigerator, iron/ironing board, lots of storage space, Ethernet jack and wireless internet. Also, I liked that parking was inside a garage rather than a surface light. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was polite and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.
The location is good. We come to LA for a wedding and stayed in Sheraton Pasadena. We had stairs in our room (between the bathroom and the main room). The bathroom did not have enough counter area for my makups (mine are very basic makeups, minimals for one to use). I had to put the makeups in the room. The trips between room and bathroom had to go the stairs, up and down. This was a terrible experience.
Will not stay there again
Staff was nice. Location was good to getting to good restaurants. Room should have been cleaner. I went to give my baby a bath and there was hair all over the tub. I also kept finding hair that was not ours on the counters, desks and on the bed. We were pretty grossed out by it.
The staff was very helpful and quick/attentive. The checkout out was a quick second and did not take even a full minute! Unfortunately, the room we were initially given was still dirty and not ready when we walked in. We were then given another room. Personally, we should have been given an upgraded room but we were perfectly fine with the other room we were given.
Close to where my family lives. Mostly clean except for the smelly hallway carpet. Some staff were great and some were ok. Nice accomodations #1Upon arrival when we went up to the floor of our room the hallway had a strong damp smell, similar to body odor, probably from the carpet. We almost returned to the front desk for a refund but once we got into out room we did not smell it. #2 After a couple of days I realized that my back pain which made it uncomfortable to sleep through the night was caused by the bed which had comfort controls that were not working. Upon realizing this I requested the bed to be repaired that morning. When I returned at the end of the day I discovered it had not been repaired. They did give me that night without charge but i did experience a poor week of sleep. #3 I was surprised that with the price that we got the room for breakfast was not included.
Just the bed. View was the roof! All.. It eas in construction, a mess, i dident smoke and gor cjarged for smoking 200!
We were a family of 5 who needed something near LA but not too close and this was perfect. Right near the freeway entrance for a 15min drive to downtown.
We loved the pool, the restaurant, our room, the cleanliness, and no hidden charges. Bonnie, at the front desk used our name, when she said good morning, when we came down for breakfast. It was a very nice touch. No.
The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location! Family friendly. Location is excellent because it's right across the street from Montebello mall and it has the movie theatre right up the street.
Breakfast was nice. I everybody used it. The bed was also comfortable Had trouble draining the water in the tub and couldn't control the AC
The workout room was clean and open 24 hours for use by the guests.
The overall appearance was nice, same for the staff. But, when the neighbor in the adjoining room got very sick and I wanted to leave the management became impossible to work with. The management didn't have a comparable room to offer me when the person in the adjoining room got sick and was constantly coughing up stuff all night. I asked to check out and they wanted to bill me one night extra as a penalty for leaving before the end of my reservation. I had to fight with them for over an hour before they let it go. Suggest paying by night only.
The hotel was close to many restaurants, within walking distance. The full kitchen was a plus but felt cramped with the desk so close. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. While at the pool my kids needed to use a pool tool to retrieve a ball in the pool. My two daughters both got fiberglass all over their hands from the stick/handle. It was awful. I told the employee at the front desk what happened. She didn't seem to care
This hotel located in very convenient location , there are many resturants around, and 6 minutes walking distance there is a trade Joe Market. The room is big. We all like it. I wish there were cookware in the room, since there is kitchen in the room.
Staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms need updating, but very clean.
Staff was helpful. Very little parking. Small, crowded, rough and noisy pool area. Room was clean but nothing else to say about it.
Everything was great. Nothing
The room was nice and clean The room wasn't worth the price
The breakfast was really delicious ! It was a nice hot breakfast bar, variety of things! The staff was reall nice. The room could be cleaner. The kitchen floor was sticky like it wasn't mopped. When you walked in there was a strong room freshner smell to mask other smells.
A quick walk to the Pasadena Convention Center, old town, and parade route. A half-block from Whole Foods. Mattress way past its useful life. Breakfast bar is all sugary and processed food.
Location to rose bowl Room was a little dated and not super clean.
Easy access, large room, comfy beds Breakfast was not so good. Egg yolk in boiled egg was overcooked and almost green.
Ease of check-in, open & ample parking, am breakfast, great location.
good location, clean room, free parking, free wi-fi, breakfast included, microwave and refrigerator in the room Wi-Fi signal a little weak in my room, on/off connection
Friendly service, clean and functional rooms at an affordable price for the location within walking distance of the convention center and old town.
quick procedures, thick walls, i.e. no noise from neighbouring rooms breakfast monotonous
Breakfast was ok. Dowtown at 5 minutes by feet. During the night, the noise of the air conditioner of the neighbor room was too loud.
Great price, great proximity to Caltech, friendly staff and clean room
Liked the renovated rooms. The staff was terrible, was locked out of my room, then they locked my wife in the office, I had to get the lock working and then we were not allowed to leave as we could not get in and out of the room. The TV never worked and all on valentines which was ruined..... The rooms were expensive as well.
Clean, attention to details in maintenance and guest comforts, nice beds and linens, free WiFi, big screen TV, walking distance to restaurants, ease of parking.
On my recent holiday trip to Pasadena, I stayed at the Vagabond Inn Executive and was very impressed by the newly renovated rooms and the excellent service. The rooms seem to be newly renovated and have huge flat screen TVs. The room I had was very clean and comfortable and had a nice view of Colorado Blvd. The breakfast buffet is amazing as well, complete with hot waffles and eggs. As a visitor to Pasadena, the staff was very helpful in providing maps and directions for all the sites I wanted to visit. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants in Old Town Pasadena, so good food is very close. I would recommend this hotel for all travelers to Pasadena!
Nice service and good breakfast.
Service, parking, internet, coffee small bathroom; not having a lamp on each side of the bed
Good staff room was clean fast check in and check out good breakfeast good value for the money whish they had more non smoking rooms stayed in the smoking room all that was available, horrible smoke smell
Great Management. Great Value.
cheap and cheerful for the area. with good parking. the pool is in the middle of the car park beside the road :(
Our stay at Vagabond Inn was very pleasent. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and had a fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, alarmclock, AC and a 42" Full HD TV with 99 channels. The breakfast was the best included breakfast we've ever had during our stay in the US. It lasted from 05:30-10:30 and included three types of bread and yogurt, there was butter, jam, Philadelphia, egg, bananas, muffins, waffles with maple syrup, water and two types of cereal, coffee, tea, milk and juice. The internet had a T1 connection with ok wireless coverage. The pool was heated so it's nice and warm when the sun goes down. Not much negative to say except that the AC was too noisy even at the lowest fan speed. Noisy AC
Pretty good things were: location, facilities, order/cleanliness, staff, free Internet and spacious parking, kitchen, tv, bed Our room was noisy - both windows overlooked the main street, the breakfast was a bit "monotonous", "fresh fruit" were actually apples, always the same
A slight upgrade from a basic "motor inn." Clean, big screen TV. Many restaurants nearby - nicer ones on Lake, and on Colorado past Lake. Convenient to where I needed to be. Free, reliable WiFi. Older hotel, small maintenance issues. No closet space.
We accidentally left an expensive hair straightener in the room, and called to get it back. There was no trace of it.
Friendly staff and clean room. Older hotel that is under construction, not aestthetically pleasing in particular outside area of premises.
