Drop-off location in San Sebastian is in an underground car-park. We saw no signage until we had found and entered the car-park. Inside the car-park, signage is poor. The only realistic option for the drop-off is via a key-drop box. This was not made clear to me at any time prior to our arrival. Perhaps there was someone in the above-ground office but I do not know. The car itself was flawless and perfect for our needs.Reviewed Jun 24 2021
