Hertz refused to accept my husband picking up the car instead of me, despite having sent an email to hertz to inform of this and him having the credit card for the reservation. He ended up having to pay $500 more for a new reservation at the counter.Reviewed Sep 1 2025

When picking up my vehicle, they insisted I take a hybrid vehicle saying it was going to get better mileage for the price and save me on gas but it had worse mileage compared to the vehicle I had reserved, so I really just paid more for gas and more for the vehicle they upsold me on.
