Great car, abit pricey to add on another day but other than that it was awesome, from customer service through to phone contact changing drop off location an hour before drop off with no extra charge. Our rental was meant to go back Saturday 3pm but I wasn't able to take it back at that time, so I asked if I could take it back today and they said yes if I drop it off before 11am they won't charge me. I would highly recommend SIXT car rentals to everyone 👍👍👍👍Reviewed Sep 4 2022

The price was reasonable. I don't believe that people travelling long distances should be given an EV, 9hr trip turned into 20hr trip, Cars do not hold charge long enough, from Sydney to Melbourne had to re-charge car 9 times and takes 1 hour to chargeReviewed Jun 13 2022

We need a refund because it was horriblePros:We arrived in Sydney Australia after a long trip, they sixt rental people wree nowhere to be found. All the workers at the airport had never heard of them. The other rental car companies tried to help us but no one knew where Sixt was we went from terminal to terminal with all of our luggage. We called all of the phone numbers listed on our papers but no one answered. When we finally reached a person he said that he could not help us because he was in a different location. He told us to go stand by the curb and maybe by chance a shuttle would show up. We asked him if he could call a shuttle and he said he was too busy. No one ever returned our calls from the messages we left. We emailed Sixt corporate and they didn't respond. After wasting 3 hours trying to connect with Sixt, we took the train to our hotel This experience ruined our time in Sydney. I would recommend that you get us a refund and stop booking for Sixt in Australia. Cons:When we landed in Sydney, the shuttle was nowhere to be found. Asked all the other rental car stations, and no one was even aware of a Sixt rental car, so we thought we had been scammed. Very difficult getting hold of customer service, finally got hold of the US one who told us where to go. Walked down the end and still, no shuttle to be found. Called again but they didn't have a number for the AUS Sixt either ("emergency" line was just busy all the time) ONE HOUR later, we got hold of the driver of the shuttle to come get us, took 30 minutes in traffic.
