Wonderful, kind, and conscientious staff. However, we reserved a child seat, and they didn't have one for us. It resulted in time wasted finding a dept store, buying a new carseat, and ultimately needing an additional night in a hotel due to the severe delay and with a toddler in tow. Not the best start to our vacation. Again, the vehicle was great and the staff were pleasant.

The tire was low when I picked it up and was repeatedly low throughout my 1 day rental. They sent me a link for more info on the issue. The link didn't work. Generally the links that Sixt sends me do not work. Also they charged me for an upgrade, then charged me even more for choosing a different car, I'm still not sure as I cannot get a hold of anyone. Generally not a place I would recommend.

When I got to the airport the car was still dirty, so they offered a bigger car in which I would have to pay more to get. I declined and waited instead. Upon return which was 5:30 am to catch an early flight I learned that they did not want me to do an early drop off and it would be considered “car abandonment” if I left the car in the lot with the keys under the seat….

Rented a "luxury" car and paid full price. Was given BMW 330, tire blew out while driving in rural part of Oregon. No spare. Car had to be towed 80 miles back to airport. Could never get someone from Sixt on the phone to help us get a ride back to airport. Called them probably 20 times, spent hours on hold. Ultimately paid $500 for car service to get us to airport in time to make our flight. This would have never happened with any of the big name car rental companies. Stay away from this company.

Prepaid rental cancelation policy is not good. Not easy to find out what the policy is prior to agreeing. It turned out that the penalties are very high. I would not have accepted had I know.
