Pros:I got a great car from very nice people.

Cons:location is off-site. due to this and typical Florida chattiness of the shuttle driver, I ended up missing bag drop off for my flight by 1 minute. The driver was chitter chattering with some tourists instead of loading and driving. Given that they do not drop off at the terminal but rather at the car rental center and THEN you get a second shuttle to the terminal, I had to take a later flight (granted, some of this was external to the situation- accident and construction on highway en route to the rental location) The extra step of the distant location did not serve me well.
Cons:Make sure all the extra costs are posted in advance not after the rental is booked and ready to be picked up.
The SUV was very clean and nice ride. Would like to have had a shuttle from the airport to rental agency. Other than that was very satisfied.

Pros:The vehicle was great very comfy and clean
Cons:Was told I would go thru several tolls and the desk clerk upsold me on the express toll option. Saw 2 tolls the entire trip. $40 charge. I complained when I returned and they offered me a "discount next time" to which I said no thanks they had lost my business. Also their basic insurance is $25/day. Most companies is $9-10.
Cons:I wish you had told me when I booked my rental that there was no shuttle from the Fort Lauderdale airport to the car rental place. I took the car rental shuttle from the airport to sixt car rental and when I got there they told me my reservation was at a different location. They offered to call a cab for me or I could take an uber. The whole point of renting a car is not taking uber!
