Pros:The customer service was top notch!

Pros:Had to return the first vehicle within an hour due to the service engine light staying on. The swap out was quick and I was upgraded to a bigger vehicle for the same price.
Pros:Staff (same at pickup/dropoff) was friendly.
Cons:When I search for car rentals at FLL, they should be AT FLL. Or, at the very least, provide a complimentary shuttle. This was neither. So add $25 (Uber) and an hour of your time to the cost. The car was very "or similar"... The paperwork makes me think that I'll be gouged at some point. The "convenience fee" for being able to pay tolls is ridiculous.
Pros:The car was economical
Cons:I was not given a deduction on my rental for returning the car a day earlier. That was a $50.00 donation to the company. That's bad business as far as I'm concerned.
Pros:I found a great price for the number of days I needed the vehicle. When I arrived at the off-sight location (after a $20 taxi ride), the attendant (Jose) was EXTREMELY nice. He immediately said I could return the car to the airport location and he would waive the drop fee, gave me his contact info in case I had any issues with the car. He helped us to put our bags in the car and wished us well. Compared to the on-sight folks, he was a gem! Thanks, Jose!
Cons:My rental pick-up turned out to be off-sight with no shuttle provided (a situation I've never encountered before). The on-sight people were no help at all. We had to take a $20 taxi ride to get to the pick up point. When returning the vehicle, I had filled up before my 45 minute ride to airport. You are on the Florida Turnpike, and then you are at the airport. Unless you get off the turnpike to find another gas station (which requires knowing where you are going in an unfamiliar city), there is no easy way to fill the few gallons used. Clerk wanted to charge me $10 to replace those gallons but ultimately waived the fee. Did not find the airport on-sight people at all pleasant.

Cons:No cars available. WIted 1 hour before they told customers they did not have cars. AWFUL AWFUL
Pros:I reserved a medium size vehicle. When I tried to pick up my car they didn't have any the vehicle I requested so instantly they upgraded me to a Ford Explorer. I thought it was way too big and poor cute had mileage. Little did I know I'd be the next 4 days moving my mom into an assisted living center. I couldn't have done it without that great big vehicle! Not to mention I ended up requiring the vehicle for another week after my initial return date ended. I was given another week immediately upon my phone call! I will be a Payless customer for life! Pros:the checkout process was quick. i got the car i had booked. Had no issues. got a good rate
Cons:The rental email did not mention that the airport office timings are 5:30 am to 11 pm. my flight got delayed and i reached just in time before the office closed. need to update this in the confirmation email.
Cons:After very long wait was told they had no cars. They set me up with another company which worked out ok.but wasted almost an hour waiting for an agent to assist me.
